It really does making cleaning walls so much easier! A spray of cleaner and a few gentle swipes with the wall cleaner and the grime, dust, splatters come right off. It's great how high it will reach.

I want to say this was great, however, the head would not stay in place for cleaning against the door frame & base boards. To extend the handle we had a terrible time getting the handle grip to loosen so the handle could be extended. But when we did the handle extended the item was helpful but not as easy to manuvere as I had hoped. If I was in the same bind as this year needing a wall mop I would most likely buy this model. Having popcorn ceiling texture this would not work as the clothes will catch on the texture.

This tool is very useful, does a pretty good job cleaning walls. It does however have one semi major design flaw, which is the twist in head. It constantly becomes loose while cleaning. Would be far more effective if they made this such that the pole just clicked into the head instead. Beyond that minor frustration this has been a huge help prepping walls for painting

I am so disgusted with this item. I used it today. I had to tape the handle, due to any push/force the handle would collapse. The head would flip around, cleaning ceilings. I regret purchasing this item. They need to go back to the drawing board. The concept is good - it needs to be improved. This is my original review based on the item. Yesterday, I received a NEW MODIFIED IMPROVED TOOL. I cannot express to you how much this company cares about their customers and their products. They have totally improved this item and it does as it says. They modified both the pole and the head so there is no more collapsing or flipping around of the head. It truly has improved 100 percent - the concept was wonderful, and now it works as it was intended. The pole is heavier - and stays locked - and it is not heavy. The pad now has a nut screw and secures the head in place, it makes the ease of cleaning the ceiling very smooth and easy. I cannot thank you enough for contacting me and know I highly recommend this item. Thank you!

I love this. I used for the 1st time and made me finish to clean tiles faster

This product is great and does what it says. The corresponding cleaning spray smells fantastic. If your walls need a light cleaning, the spray works well. If you’re cleaning a high traffic area like near stairs or where there are a lot of handprints on the wall, you will need to mop first. The design could use a little revamping. The poles don’t have a locking feature so they can get lose when you’re using it. The mop head also just twists on with no lock feature and definitely comes loose when you’re cleaning high up. Great for cleaning high or hard to reach places. I do like the product and will continue to use it, but the design definitely needs work and I don’t think it was worth the price.

Amazing to be able to do the walks in 5 minutes vs all day

This was recommended to me by multiple YouTubers but mainly Jamie from Jamie's Journey, and honestly not a single one of her recommendations has steered me wrong yet. Thus, I didn't really doubt that it would work, but WOW I did not think it would work THAT well. It cleared up years of even the most grimiest spots on the wall with ease. Note I did buy and use the recommended spray from the same company, so that likely helped as I have heard that that spray alone is also just really effective. It wasn't absolutely perfect and there were a few spots I did have to break out a magic eraser for, but WOW was it a LOT fewer than I initially thought!! Also, mine does extend and lock into whichever place I choose to set it at. I will note though that that "lock" into place is realllyy sturdy. When I first got it, I thought it was broken and wouldn't extend. I messaged the seller over the Amazon chat feature, and they were kind enough to respond rather quickly and explain exactly how to extend it, which I did get to work with a bit of force. Those instructions probably should be put on the selling site in the description or included on a piece of paper with the pole, but until they are, if you're having similar trouble, just message them and ask. There have been times where I have accidentally tightened it too much and had to get my husband to loosen it for me so I could re-adjust the length of the pole again, so that is something to note. It's usually fine so long as I don't accidentally over-tighten it though. I don't really mind it, but something to look out for if you have joint or similar issues and no one to help you. One plus of this though is that the pole will actually stay at the length you want it at even if you don't tighten it too much regardless of how lightly or vigorously you're scrubbing your wall.

Presently doing my spring cleaning ( big home) re: washing all ceilings and walls. This mop is long, stays in position (others mops keep rolling) . Walls get done in no time..

Excellent quality, easy to assemble and has a long reach. I washed the outside of my house as well as the inside. I loved you could take the mop head off and just put in the washing machine.

Love the ease of washing ceilings and walls. Never saw wife take to a tool so easy and enjoy so much such as this one.

I like the tool, the head does move around but I can negotiate that OK with how I use the tool, direction of force etc. It makes the task of cleaning the ceiling and walls a breeze. I have bought 2, the second bought few weeks later to use in other premises. The first purchase has a shiny metal looking handle which does slip a bit, again I can negotiate that as considering it is time to replenish the cleaning agent. The second purchase of same item, bought only a few weeks later has an appalling handle. As soon as I extended it for the first time, the handle came apart completely, and I was holding part of the extension handle in each hand, and am unable to put it together again so it works. This ones colour is yellow (colour does not matter, its just interesting that the yellow one was a real dud). I live in Australia and the bother of returning the whole purchase to USA for the handle is just too much of a hassle. The head fits other handles I have so it is not a drama, but really for the price the handle should not separate at first twist. I use extension handles all the time and this is the first time this has happened.

It's ok but NOT worth the hype. It is difficult to wring the mop of excess water, the yellow fabric head comes off while using. Wish I hadn't bought. Get a vileda mop instead
