I make my own cashew milk and have for over a year. The quality, texture and cleanliness of these cashews keep me buying them again and again. There is no salt content so I get to add the amount and type of salt I want after I soak a cup of the cashews over night. I've bought so many of these bags I've lost count! I can't imagine finding a product I like better. Each bag is the same with freshness assured. Also, the cashews are in very good condition when they arrive. There are very few that have broken. Quality all around!

This raw organic cashew nut is the best that I have tried, love it. I bake with a small air fryer with 250F (7 mins) and 270 (2 mins). Oy my! its taste is pretty good , and smell too. Crunchy and yummy. I will reorder more.

These are some of the freshest raw organic cashews I’ve purchased. The bag is not resealable, but it was packed in a double vacuum-sealed bag, which kept them fresh upon arrival (thankfully no plastic smell). I transferred mine into a glass jar for easy access and longer storage. The package recommends storing them in a cool, dry place—I keep mine in the refrigerator, and they stay fresh for at least 3 months. The cashews are whole, creamy, and naturally sweet. No off flavors or weird aftertaste—just clean, high-quality nuts. I'm happy with my purchase. Highly recommend and would definitely repurchase!

I'm just getting into making my own nut milk. Before buying this item I was trying to make macadamia nut milk and while it was very good, it was very expensive. Cashew milk had been one of my favorites so I thought I'd give this brand a try. This product is excellent in quality, fresh, and it's the best not that I've used so far that gets you closest to creamy milk. First I tried making these nut milks in my blender and that was a mess The blender just did not hold enough ounces to give it space to really blend. So it would spray onto the counter and make a mess. So I bought myself a Cuisinart nut milk maker. Not only does it leave less nut pulp than the blender, You can make little the snacks from them like crackers, cookies, and rolled up nut balls with coconut on the outside. Such a easy recipe. Soak a little over a cup of raw organic cashews overnight in water that is filtered and an eighth of a teaspoon of powdered vitamin c which you can get at whole foods. That kills any funguses that are on the raw nuts. Then it's just 4 to 5 cups of water, 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of real vanilla, and sweetener. You don't need to use the sweetener. You could use whatever you want I use sucralose (one of those little paper packs) inper 5 cups water. After soaking overnight and you're ready to make milk, drain them well multiple times until the water runs clean, put your 4:00 to 5 cups of water into your Cuisinart not milk maker, The vanilla and the sweetener if desired. Next put the rinsed off cashews into the nut blending screened cylinder, lower the unit into the water, put the lid on, push the on-off button, push the cup with the snowflake over it, and it'll start running. I run the cashews through about 3 times. The pulp is so thin that whatever is left in the straining cylinder can just be added to the milk. Stir with a whisk and pour into two, STERILE, three cup wide mouth ball jars. For on That drinks it once a day in a protein shake, it should last 5 days in the fridge..

As soon as I opened the box, I saw a well packaged vacuum packed bag filled with very good quality cashews. Once I opened the pack, I found them to be very tasty! A product that I will definitely buy again! Update Dec 1: Bought some more!

They tasted good, not stale or rancid like most brands. But they're twice the price of other organic brands, without showing any proof of origin. For half price I could get some PC's organic cashews, which are very good as well - I also don't know where they come from, but at least they're cheaper......
