A good machine that can be stored away
Iam really pleased with this machine. It is very robust and it's great that you can play your music through the speaker. I feel very comfortable using it and it is slim enough to store standing up or under a raised piece of furniture. It's also easy to operate But be careful lifting as it is very heavy.

Good product, easy to Install but no response not recommend from this buyer
Product is good, easy to Install, but seller will not reply to your message or email, when I bought it did not work, as manul did not say much but realized after putting emergency button it worked for few days I send the message but no reply, luckily used my brain and worked, says Bluetooth, there is no document saying how to connect, asked seller again but no response, there is no customer care number or email, that's what happens when u did not buy from a reputed brand, I was stuck to buy as no other brand fit my requirement, just worried if broken whom to approach. its a beautiful product with no support, if anyone finds how to connect Bluetooth please let me know.

Loud!!
Extremely loud and not the “ultra quiet” motor that is described. In talks with sellers and offering only £16 for return shipping cost.. (it will cost 3-4 times that)

Only lasted 10 days
Was very pleased by the prompt delivery, well early. Easy to set up and get working. Instructions are in very bad english. The tread mill only lasted 10 days before developing a fault and is now not operational. I am currently in talks with the manufacture.

Very good..
Pleased with this product so far. It's easy to control via the little remote control which i usually hold when in use. This is the only way to set the speed as it's not your typical touch screen. There is no incline setting but i knew this before purchasing so it didn't matter for the type of training we do.Even though it says you can fold it flat, this is not possible if you have the handles installed as they stop it from folding flat. We keep it unfolded it the garage so it's not a big issue for us.Overall, happy with the purchase.
