Why don't you clearly state the length & width of these bandages?

They do clearly state the length and width of the bandages.. if you look at the pictures they provide, on the right side view of the box it states the bandages are 2 x 4 inches (5.1 x 10.2 cm). If your looking for the package dimentions, they list that too under product information.

where can you purchase band aids 1" wide x 4" long?

I found them at my local 99store. The only difference is that they are not fluorescent.
