I have recurring sinus infections and constant sinus congestion, unless I rinse twice daily with my Neti bottle and sachets. They work very well. My ENT doctor prescribes Budesonide to add to the rinse.

Recommended by my ENT for use after sinus surgery! Could not find this anywhere but did find it on Amazon. Promote delivery!

Always a good product.
This product is great as usual but it was a mistake to get the individual packets when I can measure with a spoon without so much waste. Probably good for damp climates and traveling.
