Great TV stick for my non smart tv. Easy to set up, has a remote control that is user frindly and you can stream lot of common apps. Compatibke with most popular apps and works very well. Ordering another one for my son, so I thought I would leave an jonest review. Xiaomi 10 stars!!

The product came with a power adaptor that doesn't work in my country. Luckily I was able to plug this in via USB for power otherwise I would have had to go buy a power converter. The stick is extremely slow especially when opening apps and navigating around the UI. It stops lagging when you start streaming which is the only saving grace. I watched reviews on YouTube and the stick looked like it performed decent but I think they sped up the footage to make it look that way. The remote feels very cheap and it's difficult to type in search queries using the clunky on-screen keyboard. The voice assistant feature on the remote seems to be hit and miss as it often doesn't pick up what I say. I paired Apple Airpods to it but they don't seem to stay connected most of the time unlike all the other devices I've paired them with. I would not buy this product and get a Firestick instead.

This is my first experience of the Xiaomi Mi devices, if I'm honest I love the Amazon streaming devices there easy to set up and the Bluetooth remote smashes other devices into the ground. I'm an inquisitive person who loves there streaming devices therfore I'm quite fussy, I own an Nvidia Shield device so the Xiaomi Mi TV stick has some high standards to compete with!! So here goes!! I love this device!! nice little remote that feels substantial in the hand Bluetooth too!! 😊 I installed my apps easily! So happy days there! The picture quality is spot on and it streaming effortlessly. No buffering for me!!!! Would I recommend that people buy it? The answer is YES Is it value for money? The answer is YES again Would I try other Xiaomi Mi devices most definitely! At some point I will get other device's the play with and use.

THIS XIAOMI MI TV STICK IS GREAT. I CHOSE THIS INSTEAD OF AN AMAZON FIRESTICK AS I PREFER ANDROID DEVICES. WORKS WELL, GREAT HD PICTURE QUALITY. NOT TOO SLOW TO LOAD. SOME REALLY GOOD FREE TO VIEW PREINSTALLED APPS. ALSO HAS NETFLIX AND AMAZON PRIME, EASY TO USE, PLUG AND PLAY, DECENT REMOTE. GREAT PRICE. I DID HAVE TO BUY A UK USB PLUG, AND A 2 METRE CABLE AS THE ONE THATS WITH IT IS FAR TOO SHORT, BOUGHT ALL ON AMAZON.

Easy enough to set up but half way thru it says set up you local content and shows all countries apart from United Kingdom. Once on and running the WiFi set up says CONNECTED but "NO INTERNET" (VIRGIN MEDIA ONLY) you have to turn off your router to get this to disappear and for stick to actually properly connect with WiFi. The remote it's self is a bit laggy well to be honest if you've got quick clicking fingers it's very laggy to the point you have to leave the app your in and the re-enter and go much slower so it doesn't freeze. As for video playback it is very good (no 4k) but does have its moments of complete freeze like it can't keep up. All this will probably be fixed on next update of the stick. Also if ordering in the UK from Amazon please be aware it doesn't even come with a UK plug and it doesn't come with an adapter plug either ( more expense). I ordered 4 and all have had the same issues quoted above. This is an honest appraisal of this device and is now up to you if you want to buy yourself. Thanks

Second time purchasing this stick thinking the first one was defective. Not the case. The system is extremely slow. Moving from one app to another or within the app, the screen goes black for 60+ seconds. Constant screen delays. Do not recommend

OK como siempre el envío prime es excelente, en menos de 24hrs ya lo tenía conmigo. Ahora ya hablando del producto en sí debo decir que es justo lo que esperaba... por el precio. Y es que no hay que olvidarnos que estamos hablando de un producto de gama baja y que probablemente aquí en México sea el producto más barato que nos ofrezca Android TV oficial, por lo tanto solo es recomendado para streaming y solo para pantallas 1080p, no tiene soporte 4K y dadas sus especificaciones no es recomendado para juegos. Mi experiencia ha sido muy grata, lo he conectado en una pantalla antigua que no se estaba ocupando y le ha dado una nueva vida. Puedo asegurar que todas las apps de streaming funcionan perfectamente, la experiencia en el sistema ha sido muy buena, apenas hay lag navegando en el sistema, aunque es muy raro que ocurra, y los tiempos de carga son aceptables. El Bluetooth funciona excelente, le he conectado unos audífonos, un teclado y un DualShock 4, todos funcionan sin problemas. Y en cuanto a juegos solo lo recomiendo para emuladores antiguos y de juegos 2d aunque puede que en algunos juegos 3d funcione de manera aceptable, pero vuelvo a repetir este no es un dispositivo para juegos. En general estoy muy contento con la compra.
