I'll start with that , because I was impressed with the prompt response of this company and the willingness to provide solutions to the customer. That being said , the furniture is as advertised. Fabric is good quality. The stitching makes it look nice. Assembly is super easy . Just insert the backs with a click. The seat is 21 inch deep , so don't expect a lounge couch. Great for Tv watching, reading... its not mushy or plush , more firm and bouncy. comfortable. Best feature is cero clearance to the wall . Even tough is not advertised as a wall hugger , it actually reclines by sliding forward. We sprayed it with fabric protectant.

They are very comfortable. We are very happy with it. There is no instruction, but they are distinctive pieces. We were able to figure it out using logic. It would have been easier to know where the pieces were hidden inside hallow spaces. Still, it wasn’t too hard to figure out. The only thing is the side arms. The flip (shown in picture) isn’t attached to the Velcro. I would need to get some myself to affix it. It’s not a big deal though. We still love them. It’s not too firm or too soft. It’s just right.

Easy to assemble, The set is slightly smaller than a traditional couch or loveseat or recliner, especially when you recline it. Anyone over 5 ft 7?, their legs will hang over the end of the recliner. It’s very pretty and love the material. It was perfect for my needs. I’m not a big person so it works great.

Bought the whole set( recliner, love seat, couch) and was impressed with the ease of assembly, sturdiness, firm but comfortable, and fabric. My back doesn’t ache sitting in these for awhile compared to our previous other brand name set.

Not quit the color I thought base on the previous posts; thought the grey was actually darker, but I guess judging from the pics now, no one really had good lighting. The grey is like a light stone grey. Easy to install even without the instruction. They sit lower to floor is my only down side. I'm 5' 9" and it's perfect for me when pulling back seat. I mean who want the heal of their shoes digging in their couch? My feet hanging over is not a big deal. They also seem like they've lost their softness in cushion due to them being suppressed in the box for so long. I had the couch for about a week now and they still haven't fluffened out. Overall it will be my first and last time ordering couches that comes in a box.

What can I say about this recliner sofa… it is the best. It is super comfortable, the seats lay almost flat like a bed and the texture is durable yet soft. I am so glad I purchased this set. The delivery was super quick. I purchased on a Tuesday and by Thursday it was delivered. They do deliver curbside luckily I have a garage so it was quite simple to bring it in the house but you definitely need at least two able body persons. Set up was super quick assemble all three pieces within an hour. It has rubber stoppers for the feet which is great because it doesn’t scratch my floors. I’m in love. I can’t wait for a movie night!

I attempted to submit a review but it "Did not meet community guidelines." There was no bad language or anything that violates community guidelines but apparently, if you are posting a negative review of a product, it doesn't get allowed. So, I will try this again. I am 6'4" and this entire set of furniture is not made for someone over the height of 5'5" or so. My legs hang off the recliner to about my knees. The couches and chair are probably the least comfortable items of furniture I have ever sat on. Not only are they small, but they are hard as rocks. The foam used in these is nearly the tensile strength of styrofoam and I have no hope of them ever loosening up. They are likely getting returned because they are so small and uncomfortable. I will never again purchase furniture without having sat on them first. Trust the reviews that aren't glowing recommendations because those are the truth. Terribly uncomfortable and tiny.
