I'm appalled at all the comments where ppl say they wore this for MULTIPLE DAYS. You should not be doing that!! It is not good for your skin... I don't care what tutorials tell you, if your skin is blistering or god forbid OOZING that should be enough to tell you you shouldnt wear a strong adhesive on a large section of skin for extended periods of time. Why do you think casts aren't adhered to your skin?? ANYWAY. I feel like this probably works best for smaller chested ppl like myself. It works just fine for me. I even live in the desert whjere it regularly hits over 100F half the year, and even with all that heat & sweat it still sticks. Very impressive honestly. I also use it in combo with reusable/washable pasties so there's less sticky tape on the most sensitive areas. highly recommend that strategy. But regardless, you MUST remove your tape at the end of the night. There is ZERO reason to sleep in it. I understand its pricey and there may be an urge to extend the life of each use, I feel that urge myself, but its not worth it to damage your skin like that. If cost is that much of a factor you'd do much better to stick to non-disposable methods such as binders or sports bras. Also, just use the band-aid method folks. Rip it off all at once haha.

I've been binding with a regular chest binder for 3 years and have recently gotten some unbearable chest pains. Naturally I decided I'd need an alternative and I got these for starters. I didn't expect anything lifechanging, but all this did was disappoint. The first day I applied the stuff it peeled right off. I wasn't touching all over the adhesive for it to do that, and I wasn't sweaty or lotioned up or whatever. I've touched stickier stray dogs than this "tape". It didn't even hurt or needed baby oil to have to rip off the rest of the strip that was hanging on with hopes and dreams. I tried again for the next 2 days and used up the whole roll. I ultimately got only one days worth of use, since it magically stuck on only the second day. (it still peeled off by the end of day..) I didn't want to buy the bigger pack since this was just an experiment but maybe this stuff is for teent tiny -A cups. I think I'm a B or C cup. Maybe I just got a roll thats been sitting in a warehouse for long enough for it to lose its stickiness. Or this stuff really sucks that much. If you want to try a tape for the first time, don't be a cheapskate and go get something that could actually hold up longer than five minutes.. not this toilet paper.

I have the experience of using transtape for over a year now and I bought this tape just because the one I typically use was sold out and with the weather being hot and wanting to wear thinner and more fitted shirts I desperately just needed SOMETHING. And what it is it obviously isn’t great but isn’t horrible either. You can get way better at a similar price is all I’ll say. The adhesive becomes extremely irritant after a few days because the adhesive is only fine for just a couple hours. After a couple days that adhesive stretches so easily and ends up making the taped area itchy. Though it doesn’t bother me much to the point where I stopped using it. Just don’t be surprised if you get blisters lol. Extremelyyyy breathable which is the biggest thing you want. I can sleep just fine in it and shower just fine. The tape does tend to lift a lot faster than other brands I’ve used, but it doesn’t come off in the shower and if you prefer it makes the removal process a lot fast and easier since the adhesive isn’t as strong and some other brands i’ve used. And the taping job itself is nice. Kept those puppies down rlly well. For those who are new to taping here’s some advice: - This is a size small role. If you have a cup bigger than like a B you need to get a larger size. - SEARCH TUTORIALS ON APPLICATION AND REMOVAL. DO NOT REMOVE TAPE WITHOUT USING OIL. - a wizard stole all my memories happy transgendering!

My chest is already pretty small (AA or A) so I can get away with two 6-inch pieces of tape on each side. But a friend who borrowed this tape ended up needing half the roll and it still didn't do much for them. I've been able to wear this in the water with no issues, though as others have said, once it starts peeling up, it doesn't restick, water or no water. I only had a problem with the tape irritating my skin once, and it was after a long, hot 18-hour day without taking it off. It ripped my skin a bit coming off, but it healed after about 5ish days. I'm surprised I didn't have more of an issue because my skin is usually really sensitive.

My son has been using this for a while now. Holds well without becoming uncomfortable.

Part of this is probably just me as an individual, because TransTape usually has great reviews and a lot of people swear by it. I tried it because I don’t like the compression of a binder. For safety, I did a small test patch that I kept on all day, and that was fine, so about a week later I did the whole thing. I followed directions for making nipple covers and stretch and whatnot. I’m very familiar with how to apply similar products, so I’m quite confident I did not do anything incorrectly. I wore it all day to a Ren Faire. I live in a hot area so I got sweaty underneath. When I got home the edges of the tape had begun to peel off; it’s supposed to last for several days but that clearly wasn’t happening, so I hopped in the shower and got everything wet to loosen the adhesive, and removed it as directed. When I’d taken it off I had areas of skin all over where the top layer of skin had torn, almost like when you pop a blister. It was quite painful and not only in more sensitive areas. I think it was a combination of: the tension needed on the tape needed to create the desired effect, being sweaty under it, and generally having sensitive skin. I’m disappointed because it for the most part felt okay while I was wearing it, (although I suspect the skin had already torn underneath before I took it off, because I was itchy in certain places)and I was happy with the compression. Overall I’m not trying to bash the product, but I would encourage those with sensitive skin to be extra cautious so you don’t have the experience I did.

I bought this for my boyfriend to use for binding and it has not disappointed. I was kind of scared because of the reviews but I do gotta say it’s held up well. He uses it daily and he also uses it for swimming. He showers in it and wears it for days without it fully coming off (it strings a little). He does have a smaller chest so I understand all the reviews of people who are bigger chested. If you’re looking for tape that’s more convenient to get and not too expensive I think this is the way to go and I’m glad I at least tried it out before buying something too expensive.

Firstly, It took almost the ENTIRE ROLL to get this done, and I've used transtape before. It barely stuck to my skin, and it was much too easy to peel off. At first, it felt fine. Just a little itchy, but I bared with it because it wasn't annoying me or anything until today. I used it the second I got it, and that was 2 days ago. With other brands of trans tape (i.e. THE OFFICIAL BRAND), I have worn them for weeks and have still been completely fine, no blistering, bruising or bleeding. I took the tapes off today. It was surprisingly easy, and didn't rip off any skin, but that might be because I was going excruciatingly slow... or so I thought. I might not be bleeding, but there are rips in my skin and it's red, irritated and blistered to all hell. There are little scabs in my skin that weren't there before, and I'm sure it will only be worse tomorrow. TL;DR : Don't buy this product if you don't want to feel uncomfortable just to feel like you're passing.

Love this. Often forget I'm binding when using this stuff Can cause blisters if there's too much overlapp or folding in the tape. Can tear the skin if applied too tightly or removed incorrectly. Make sure you research jow to apply and remove this stuff if you're a beginner with trans tape. Otherwise absolutely fantastic binding option. Adhesive hasn't caused any reactions on skin. Bind safely :))

The other side of the tape has a grid so you can measure the same amount to cut everytime, which is nice and convenient. It’s really easy to apply and super sticky. Peeling it off doesn’t hurt at all. The only downside I’d say is that the corners peel quicker than I expected. For me it takes less than a day, but I wonder if it’s how I apply it? Great price.
