Really good - it mixes well with water and keeps me full for a long time. At the time I got this I was struggling with a digestive issue and found it hard to eat most things, this was pretty much the only thing I could tolerate and seemed a lot more reasonably priced and nutritionally rich than other meal replacements - am doing a lot better now but still use this as a quick and easy lunch on a busy day! I would say you do have to have some form of shaker to mix it though as stirring it for me at least didn’t work very well.

The taste is fine and the powder mixes really well in my plastic shaker - better than Huel, which often stays clumpy. I opted for subscribe & save meaning it's £29.69 for each Yfood bag. I think this is very good value - I'm a new regular customer! Huel really needs to have its prices lowered on Amazon to stay competitive; currently it's £36-£41 for an equivalent bag.

I ordered the Fresh Berry flavour Yfood. I've bought this because sometimes I come from work after a 12 hour stint and too tired to make food or even order a take-away...and I don't want to live on those. Delivery was quick enough. Nice packaging with nutritional details. I used 4 scoops (scoop is inside, when first opened it takes some digging to find!) with approx 300mls of water. The flavour is nice, but weak...like drinking a watered down milkshake. I don't know if it's because i'm a fairly big person (15-16 stone), but one of these servings does not satisfy my needs and end up snacking soon after. If you're a thinner/lighter person it may suffice.

Love, love, love this stuff! Must have tried more than 30 protein powders since they changed the recipe of my old favourite. Bought this on an impulse on the high street (not generally the place to find quality ingredients/products) with low expectations. It’s delicious and used Amazon to stock up!, Have binned the others and I now have it everyday and look forward to my workout so I can have my shake afterwards! I use it as a meal replacement for breakfast. Doesn’t keep me full for as long as I would like - but everyone is different. Decent nutritional profile. And for taste, I can’t recommend it enough.

I bought this after using This is Food drinks pre made in a shop for over a year. I have an underlying health condition and these drinks are a life saver for me at times. So I figured I would save some money and make them myself at home. What a naive mistake. I am not sure what they do differently between putting the powder in the bag and bottling it but it is truly rancid when made at home. I cannot even swallow it down as it makes me retch. Whereas the bottles in the store are like a McDonalds milkshake, ish. I'm not sure what went wrong but this is a massive disappointment and truly cannot advise AGAINST purchasing this protein mix enough. Buy anything else but this.

I buy the chocolate powder every month, lovely flavour & mixes well & usually free delivery on this flavour BUT, I do find it very expensive. The reason I have only given 3 stars is the Over The Top very hefty DELIVERY CHARGE of well over £4 on some other flavours ie creamy cookie, so I don't purchase this flavour any longer! Im now looking for an alternative. They lose a sale each month for this reason. Not good business, and doesn't make sense at all!

Good quality protein shake that both my husband and I use to supplement our diet. Great for on the go days when sitting to have a meal is not an option or include in smoothies. I buy chocolate, vanilla and berry flavours and they're all delicious.

I am recovering from oesophageal cancer. For a long time I struggled to eat any food and was prescribed Ensure shakes. I didn't like them at all, nor did I like Huel or the other shakes I tried. I first bought this as ready to drink in bottles and found it delicious but expensive. After several orders I decided to try the powder version. I mix it with milk and make it up the day before I am going to drink it and refrigerate it. It has been a staple of my diet as I gradually manage to increase my food intake and I cannot recommend it highly enough. It is even better with a scoop of vanilla ice cream as an occasional treat!!

Ich kaufe dieses Produkt nun bereits zum zweiten Mal und bin sehr zufrieden. Als einzige Mahlzeit würde ich es nicht empfehlen, der Körper wird nach wenigen Tagen bemerkbar machen, dass etwas nicht passt. Aber als schnelle Mahlzeit wenn man nicht viel Zeit hat? Perfekt. Während ich viele ähnliche Produkte aufgrund des Geschmackes kaum runter bekomme, ist dieses hier völlig in Ordnung. Beim Gedanken daran läuft einem nicht unbedingt das Wasser im Mund zusammen, aber man bekommt es ohne negative Empfindungen runter, der Vanille Geschmack ist sogar relativ angenehm. Eine Portion wie auf der Packung beschrieben, sättigt mich für etwa 3-4h, danach heißts entweder noch eine Portion mischen, oder Festnahrung zu sich nehmen. Besonders praktisch finde ich es eine Trinkflasche zu mischen und diese dann mitzunehmen, das ist dann quasi etwas von dem man den ganzen Tag über in Sekundenschnelle "runtersnacken" kann, egal ob in der Arbeit, beim wandern oder beim Autofahren. Wenns um den "schnelles Essen" Aspekt geht, erfüllt das Pulver den gleichen Zweck wie Fertig-Ramen. Wobei man hier vielleicht sogar noch mehr Zeit einspart, da ich eine Flasche yFood auch mitnehmen und auf dem Weg verzehren kann, Ramen aber nicht. Auch erwähnenswert ist, dass man hier gleich dutzende Mahlzeiten platzsparend in der Packung hat, es aber schwierig wäre dutzende Packungen Fertig-Ramen irgendwo unterzukriegen. Diese Kompaktheit kombiniert mit der langen Haltbarkeit hilft, dass auch über viele Monate hinweg nie wieder das Essen ausgeht, auch wenn man manchmal etwas nachlässig ist und vergisst vor einem Feiertag/Sonntag noch den Kühlschrank aufzufüllen. Ein weiterer Vorteil an dem man im ersten Moment nicht denkt, ist wie einfach diese Mahlzeit runtergeht. Wenn man mal krank ist und kaum Appetit hat, kann man sich eine Flasche mischen und immer wieder mal einen Schluck machen. Da es nicht deftig ist und kein kauen erfordert, gehts in der Hinsicht ähnlich gut runter wie Joghurt. Also ja, Festnahrung ersetzt es für mich nicht, allerdings hat es immer wieder mal seine Anwendungsfälle, besonders wenn man mal eine "Notlösung" braucht. Eine Packung herumstehen zu haben schadet nicht und ich bereue es nicht sie gekauft zu haben.

Vraiment bien, goût délicieux et rassasie facilement 4-5h. Petite révolution dans ma vie moi qui avais du mal à déjeuner.
