This is a really nice addition to a costume or dress-up set.

Amazon has some sticky side hook and loop velcro squares with a white back that peals off. Trace and stick the proper side to the back of this. Nice size product. I wish it was a little more detailed and professional looking, but it's nice for the price and what it's work. Not hight quality but decent enough.

I order it to work on a tactical vest as stated, and it doesn't come with any velcro which makes this product useless as needed.
