LorAnn Oils Raspberry Emulsion & Flavoring For Baking

I purchased the LorAnn Raspberry, Orange, and Cherry emulsions and have been very impressed with all three. The flavors are strong and true to the fruit, so a little goes a long way. I especially like that they blend easily into my recipes without adding extra liquid or changing the consistency. I have used them in baked goods and no-bake treats, and the flavor really comes through after the product is finished. The orange has a bright, natural citrus flavor, the raspberry is delicious and distinct, and the cherry gives a wonderful cherry-candy flavor without needing a large amount. These are excellent for anyone who does a lot of baking and wants to add or strengthen fruit flavors. I will definitely be purchasing these again.

This raspberry extract was perfect for our slushy recipe! It added so much delicious raspberry flavor without needing to use a lot. It mixed in easily and really helped bring the recipe together. We’re very happy with it and will definitely use it again! I also loved that it was clear.

Nice flavor strength

I use this for flavoring yogurt and ice cream. It has a powerful aroma and a concentrated flavor. It lends a nice hint of flavor if used sparingly. As you increase the intensity of the flavor it becomes more of an artificial or candy type flavor. It is certainly much more cost effective than using extract for the same degree of flavoring. It will strongly flavor a gallon of milk or ice cream base with about 5 Tbsps of this flavoring.

I use 1-2 drops in everything I can. I love the raspberry flavor. It is typically used for baked goods and sweets. I don't have those in my food choices. So I find other ways. In my water bottle I add 1-2 drops and have yummy water all day. I also use peppermint and vanilla in creative ways. Enjoy

Taste is very artificial...not sure I would order it again.

I have so many emulsions taking up space in my baking cabinet now, and all but 2 or 3 are Lorann brand. The cream cheese flavor, however, is now in the garbage. I just got the red velvet one and the cream cheese one to complement one another. I don’t even like red velvet flavored foods but the emulsion is so delicious and smells great. The cream cheese immediately threw me off, it smells nothing like cream cheese but exactly like cough medicine. I go to mix up some glaze with it, it smells even worse and tastes absolutely gag worthy. Seriously, like I had just flavored my glaze with some cough syrup. It’s a non-returnable item but I was able to reach out to Amazon customer service and receive a refund, anyways, without having to return the item. 1 star for this flavor that’s a clear miss in a brand that otherwise is excellent but 5 stars to Amazon support.

Love this brand, so many flavors to choose from. All are great in baking. Concentrated so a little bit goes a long way

Es la primera vez que lo compro este sabor siempre compro el de naranja Pero lo he tenido que devolver porque me sabía a almendras, nada de frambuesa. Desconozco si tiene que ser ssí o simplemente estaba defectuoso, pero como no era lo que yo quería. Lo he devuelto. Echo de menos poder preguntar a alguien cómo debe ser. No encontré la posibilidad de hacerlo en ningún departamento.
