The description does not match the photo. Please advise.

The photo shows the petite presentation box open with the 10 pyramid infusers inside. The infusers are presented in the gold foil lined wrapper, which you cannot see because they are closed. The detailed menu is on the inside of the cover and the blends in the package match those in the description.
