Rode mic is already a well known brand. However, if you want the best in budget, this Rode mic brand will do maximum justice. If you want to experiment with a mic for reel and podcast, this mic helps with some noise cancellation, sound clarity and it is also very sturdy. However, this mic should have had a stand. This can be connected to your laptop or desktop and add a headphone jack for speaking. Even without the headphone jack, you can use it. The sound will be very clear. Downside, it does pickup some noises in the background but while cleaning your audio, you should be able to omit those out. It is obviously much better than generic cheaper mics.

It must have a popup filter with ,although there is inbuilt filter with it ,besides a clip arm for fixingin the arm.

This is exactly what I was looking for from last 6 months. There are multiple features loaded in the small packet which I found after 1 week use of this Rode's little master. 1. Robust construction - Built quality, weight and regidness is at its best. Mic stand received with Mic is of very good quality and having magnet inside which is an additional feature. By using metal table one can reduce noise due to vibrations. 2. Looks - Amazing finish, Stylish and rich look. 3. User friendly - No driver required for PC. It automatically identifies mic once connected. It works smoothly with Audacity. 4. Live video recording - One can record Live covers using this mic. U just need to connect this mic to cellphone/ tablet/ DSLR using OTG cable that's it. For cellphones one need to download 'open camera' or similar video recording app and in settings you have to select Audio recording - Through external microphone option. 5. Video/Audio conferencing - Best mic for Microsoft Teams/ Zoom/ Duo meetings. 6. Flexibility -One can use old mic stand to mount this mic (like I m using my mic stand shown in the photo) as per requirement one can order adjustable boom stand. 7. Pop filter - Pop filter feature is in built so additional pop filter is not required. One can add one to get more precise output (I m using one pop filter for best output). 8. Value for money product : Considering all these features 11k price tag is really best deal Cons - 1. No OTG cable provided in the packet. 2. No user manual provided. 3. USB cord length is hardly 1M which is not sufficient but on product box 6M cord length is mentioned.

Before buying this mic ask yourself why you are buying it. This mic is only useful if you speak directly into it. Keep it further than 10 cms and the audio quality drops. So it’s not good for reels or podcasts and not useful for recording from a cellphone even if you buy the extra cable. An absolute waste of money

This is a great mic if you want to set up your online meeting experience or use it for some other professional use. I'm super happy with this mic. There are just 2 things I would like you to know before you purchase this mic. 1. This is a super high quality super sensitive mic. So, it would catch even background noises, fan noise, AC noise and so on. So, unless you have a studio environment, don't expect a 100% noise-free experience. But yes it cancels a lot of noise. I've personally found that turning off the fan and running AC works best. 2. After getting this mic, must install the RODE Connect app. It is a must-have when using this mic. Watch a few YouTube videos on how to use this app, but once you get a hang of it and play around with it a bit, you will just simply love the RODE Connect app. With this app, you will get even better noise cancellation and DSP (digital signal processing). The app works great and it's a must-have. When I first got the mic I was not aware of the app and I faced a few issues like many apps auto setting the mic gain, noise issue etc. After getting the RODE Connect app and learning it a bit, now everything is running super smooth. So, make sure you don't make the same mistake as I did.

The mic and Rode connect is very good and I have no issue with it. Just that the the price on Amazon is too high when you can find it from other distributors and sellers for 9.5K .I feel bad for deducting a star from $99 mic but when you buy $99 mic for 11k in Amazon a deduction is warranted

The rode nt usb mini is pretty much the best microphone you can buy in this price range. The mic provides amazingly crisp cardioid audio quality, picking up the finest details and most importantly at the best volume.

MIkrofony przyszły meg szybko i w super cenie. Zostały podpite do aplikacji i można było szybko i sprawnie nagrać podcast. Mam problme jeszcze z ich ustawieniem na 100% ale to berdziej kwestia miejsca niż samych mikrofonów. Szkoda, że nie mają filtra odcięcia pasma ale rozumiem, że od tego jest model NT USB + a nie mini :) Do podcastów dla gości super sprawa polecam

أعرض لك تجربتي كبودكاستر مبتدئ، جربت قبله مايك واحد فقط من fifine وكان مايك تسليكي، هذا التقييم غير موجه لك إذا كنت محترف. هذا المايك بقدم لك تجربة المايكات المرتفعة الثمن من رود على شكل مايك أصغر حجمًا وأرخص سعرًا من غيره، وهي تجربة صوت ممتازة للغاية. الفلترة الداخلية للمايك ممتازة جدًا. لا يوجد تحكم في حساسية التقاط الصوت، فالحساسية لها مستوى واحد "أظن طبيعي لنوعية اللاقط الي فيه والي غير مصمم لسماع الأصوات البعيدة". التحكم الموجود في الجهة الأمامية للمايك هي لمستوى صوت السماعات الخارجية، وأنا ما جربت هذي الميزة. حجمه وشكله لطيف وجودة تصنيعه مميزة. يشبك باللابتوب أو الـ pc بمنفذ C ، تأكد من توفره بجهازك أو خذ معه أدابتر يدعم المايكات. عمومًا إذا كنت مبتدئ وتظن أنك بتستمر فجيد تاخذ هذا المايك أو أي مايك بنفس المستوى، لو رحت لفئات سعرية أقل "مثل fifine" فستفقد جودة الصوت وامتصاص الضربات وإن أخذنا مايك fifine مثالاً فستجد أن مافيه فلترة داخلية أبدًا، وهذا الشي غير مناسب إذا بيئة التسجيل عندك غير مثالية.

I've been using this Rode NT-USB mic for a couple of months now and love it. The sound is orders of magnitude better than the built-in Microphone on my Mac Studio Display. I needed something for more professional video calls and voice-over work for some video editing I do. This microphone more than rises up to the challenge. It sounds fantastic. It works well with my Mac Studio, and I have not had any issues with it like I had with another popular microphone in this same category and price range. I sent the other one back and kept this one. Very good value for the price. The cord length allows me to snake it through an articulating microphone boom setup and over to my Mac Studio. I love the small, modern design of this microphone sitting next to my desk.
