I have tried using this product, but have not found it to be effective for me. It is pleasant to consume (I use the fropper and place it under my tongue), but I have not noticed any change or relief from congestion.

What a great product! It gets to work right away. First day I got it I only took 1 dropper which is 1ml but you can take up to 3ml. I was coughing up phlegm pretty good for like 2 days. I recently quit smoking and its hard to find a product that feels like its actually helping. Makes me want to keep going! Only thing I would say is take with caution, if you have kidney issues.

I was very sceptical but gave it a try. I use an inhaler several times a day and a preventer im a life long smoker. My lungs felt like hard wet sponges, very hard to breathe. After about two weeks my breathing is so so much better, hardly using an inhaler. I have been coughing up vast amounts of flem. I can't remember my chest feeling so clear, light and airy so to speak. Bought this to help me recover from the shambhalung. Worked way better than expected! My lungs feel clear after using it all day! I will definitely be using this for next year! I will say, now that its done most of the work, the effectiveness is tapering off. Probably because my lungs are already detoxed so theres nothing left to cough up. How i took it was I just mixed 1mL in a small cup of cold water and drank it. It didnt really have a flavour and it helped hydrate me too! Highly recommend!
