great product, great quality
I bought this to protect our cabinets from knives on the magnetic holder. We had a magnetic holder on the side of the cabinet, but every time someone pulled a knife off, they would pull the handle, and the blade would cut the cabinet. With this behind the magnetic holder, the plastic may (hasn't yet) get scratched, but its replaceable much easier than the paint and wood on the cabinet. Great product, very happy with quality.

Thick, crystal-clear sheet of plexiglass
I ordered this clear acrylic sheet to make a new, unscratched version of an Alberti's window or veil. This is a gridded, see-through tool that is used to capture proper angles and perspective when drawing or painting. While I had purchased my original Albertian Window from an art supply house many years ago, I decided to just use a medium-point black Sharpie on a plain piece of plexiglass for this do-it-yourself version. The quality of this acrylic sheet is very nice. When you receive it, both sides are covered with a thin, protective vinyl film that easily peels off. This keeps the plexiglass surface from getting scratched until you're ready to use it. My sheet of plexiglass was a smidgen over 1/4-inch thick and was not a full 12-inch square. It measures 11-7/8 inches on each side. The fact that it is not a full 12 inches was not an problem for my purposes; but I thought I would mention it in case someone is building a display case and needs an exact measure.

GREAT DEAL
EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS WAS A GREAT DEAL. BETTER PRICE THAN LOWES. AND DID NOT HAVE TO STAND AROUND AND WAIT FOR SOMEONE TO SHOW UP AND CUT IT. USED IT TO MAKE A WINDOW IN MY SHEPHERD'S DOG HOUSE. .25 THICK, VERY DURABLE.

Great as freezer shelf "upgrade"
Needed 2 extra shelves for my freezer. These worked perfectly for a small fraction of the cost of an original 3/16 glass square. I had to cut mine 1". I used a wet tile saw for a clean finished edge. Remeber that these are plastic - but they look much better than the original shelfs the frudge came with!

Can't you sand the rough edges?
This is thick and clear, size is right, but honestly the edges are horribly rough. Would not recommend.

Premium quality at a price
I found this to be of superior quality but a bit pricey. fast 2 day delivery-- I would buy again but think the price is a little high.
