Fit perfectly for me and very decent build quality.

Fits perfectly in 01 Jetta
Fits perfectly as a replacement for my 01 TDI. Also includes but does not show in the photos the handle which is the piece that you have to remove to get the old switch assembly off of the door. Remember to check your area for broken off tabs/plastic before trying to install the new setup. In my case 2 of the tabs broke off of the switch area and then 1 from the handle. I removed these with angled tweezers and pliers.

Window switch/ lock unit works great in a 2003 Jetta GLI. The color is off from the factory color. This is plug and play and functions perfectly.

Fit perfect worked well:) however please adjust the listing so it more clearly says Grey. I thought it was supposed to be black.
