Very effective for seniors!!! Keep moving forward!
Very good product. I had a different brand it it snapped a few days ago. Somehow I had a set of these bands missing this 1/2” band (it wasn’t the one that snapped). So I ordered this one. It came the next day. I am 73 and use these bands to keep muscles toned. At this age, I don’t need heavy or extra heavy bands. The first three are more than enough. Keep moving, keep doing resistance training, and keep growing. Live long and prosper 🖖🏼

Great resistance workouts
I bought these since gyms are closed. I also got a pull up bar that goes on the door frame and push up bars. Together with these things I am able to get a pretty good work out! Do pull ups and stuff and burn out with the band with rows and bicep curls. Do push up and narrow push ups and burn out with tricep pull downs and other tricep exercises with the bands. Totally worth the 16 bucks! Probably the cheapest you can get for such a good product. Make sure you go online to find good exercises for the bands. Hook the bands to a door knob, close the door and make sure to do the exercises OUTSIDE of the door. This takes pressure off of the door knob and make for a very sturdy anchor!

Only issue was the rubber smell. I left it outside in the sun and the smell was diminished.

Great addition to my home gym
Easy to use. Decent quality. It has good grip and although lightweight it’s sturdy. Doesn’t have any weird rubber smell either. Worth the price.

The application process is first class. The designers made sure that this highly sensitive film is properly applied. Watch the video and you we'll understand. The Galaxy S26 fingerprint sensor it's on the display screen. They shouldn't have changed it from the back sensor. As such, it's not as effective. To have a screen protector then is problematic. This product was well thought out, and the screen fingerprint option has been met. I've had no problems. Highly recommend.
