Can you import a PDF and annotate it?

The 692 Digimemo is unable to import a PDF and annotate it and download to the PC as the format of the Digimemo Manager. It is because the digimemo can only capture the signal generated by the movement of the digital pen on the Digimemo through the help of the ink, without the ink , nothing can be captured by the digital pad.
