The best most amazing massage tool I couldn’t live without! It taken away my sciatica pain! All of my knots and tight muscles, it’s helped me more then any masseuse I’ve been too! You’ve got to try it!

i thought it vibrated when i bought it but it doesn't but that's just a mistake on my part otherwise works well for relieving knots

Excellent tool for deep tissue massage without join pain or fatigue. My husband appreciates having this and I'm able to use this to hit so many pressure. Points that I may not, otherwise, be able to reach with enough strength. I've actually purchased two of these, as my dog prefers it as a chew toy too.

I had this laying on the counter in the kitchen and I heard my daughter talking to someone, I peeked around the corner and she was FaceTime with a friend of hers and was asking her friend what this thing was for she found in her mom’s kitchen… lol oh my Lord she wasn’t thinking that it was used for on the shoulders and back and didn’t believe me until I showed her and used it on her neck and shoulders. Then had to go through it All over again with the son in law so I’d suggest not leaving it lay around in sight unless you want to get strange looks and whispers behind your back. It works great for the neck shoulders and back

I used this on my hand recovering from surgery. It was excellent at pushing harder than I could with my fingers or hand. Gets all the trigger point pain. Feels great ergonomically in the hand. $6! Great deal!

It tires my thumb just as fast as just using my bare thumb. I was hoping it would help me last longer as my husband needs deep pressure, and my hands tire quickly. It also just doesn't feel all that great to me. Those big "S" hooks work a lot better with minimal effort. This was cheap enough to try at least.

I call it the super thumb, because it never gets tired of delivering deep massage! This has been an excellent tool and I’ve used it to bring much relief anywhere that’s easy to reach. I even use it a little bit while driving. For hard to reach spots, get a theracane and/or lacrosse ball. If you don’t know how to use them, get the trigger point therapy workbook by Claire Davies. It’s a self help book, and helped me immeasurabley! Studied the book and did the work and cured my migraines and lower back pain completely for under $60 and some time. Total cost.

I couldn't take my hands off this thing the night I got it! It feels great, it molds to your hand! This one is completely smooth, no edges or seams that could scratch you and made of durable hard plastic. It'll be especially useful for self massage of the neck and upper shoulders. With this tool it's easier to apply the pressure in those areas. You can use the strength of the whole hand when gripping it, instead of pushing only with the thumb. Also looking forward to using this in therapy sessions.

This has been a very helpful tool for unlocking pinched nerves in the neck and shoulder. Much more effective than just using your fingers or a tennis ball to press on tight muscles. Highly recommended.
