Is it suitable for combination microwave stainless steel oven?

We have used them as replacements in our stainless steel oven

does it come with glue

You don’t need glue, the sheet slots into place. In my microwave it is held in place by two small screws.

It does say asbestos board. Is this true? This should not be allowed fore sale

The ones I received looked exactly the same as the wave guides that come with the microwaves I had to cut it to the same shape but it's the same material you find on ALL microwaves. I'm not a scientist so I couldn't tell you what it's made of but feels a bit like glass fibre ?
