Use for my 230v 3 phase jointer. I have it marked well to designate its 3-phase.
Good product as to be expected. Cord locks in well, no risk of it loosening or falling out. I purchased the jointer used and it came with this style 4 blade plug. This outlet is working just fine. I could not find it locally.

Very Good Quality Receptacle for Stationary Equipment
Quality-wise it's great but if you are looking to take the plug in and out every day out of the socket then go for the Hubbel option which is 4 times the price. I used this to run a 3-phase Ice Cream Machine. It's a stationary item and doesn't get unplugged often. No issues so far.
