My dog barks at strangers in the park constantly and incessantly, this stops him from doing it pretty quickly. I had near zero faith that this product would work, but have been pleasantly surprised. The problem for me is that my dog barks at strangers in the park and with so many people who are scared of dogs suddenly appearing in every park because of covid this has become MUCH more of a problem. People who are scared of dogs run, and that only makes the dog chase them. If you tell the dog off when he gets back he doesn't know whether you are annoyed because he came back, because he sniffed some grass on the way back or whatever. The dog needs the info immediately as he's doing the thing wrong, and if the thing that he's doing wrong is not right next to you then you need a remote device like this to let them know. I am not recommending this individual product over other similar products, I'm just saying the concept is good and this is the one I bought and it is working. This particular version is not without fault, something like this should have better waterproofing than it does. I haven't had an issue so far but even if your dog is not a swimmer, heavy rains are a real thing. The size of the unit is also quite large for my size dog (15kg mini schnauzer) despite claims that this is suitable for dogs half that size. It's not hugely heavy but just a little large (probably due to citronella gas inside). It has to hang under the dogs neck to spray citronella in it's face, the manual says to trim the dogs beard to allow the spray direct access. My dog does NOT like the citronella and reacts within a second or two. The beeping noise thing that this can also do is as near as worthless, it might be good to train your dog to come back when it hears that sound but it does nothing in terms of stopping a determined barker. If I had control over product design I would change the device so that when you went out of range it switched to automatic mode but I also understand why that is so difficult to do without killing the battery life... Also they should give you a can of the spray with it.

Started off working well but after only 2 months use it has broken. The ‘sensitivity’ buttons stopped working so that the spray was not being triggered rendering it useless. This product is one of the most expensive of this type and sadly has not performed at all well.

This is the 2nd time I’ve purchased this product. The device and remote are easy to use and effective. However, the 1st one arrived with a rubber collar which was problematic. This resulted in the device becoming lost as it was near impossible to secure. I ordered another which has just arrived, with plans to replace the collar but the new collar and clasps are much better quality BUT there is NO usb charge cable in the box! Therefore, I give it 4 stars only due to lack of attention to detail otherwise it is a very good device.

Remote spray collar Bought this collar as my dog would not come in, when he’s let out in the garden at bed time ,i have only used the beeper on it and this seems to work fine when use with voice Command of come. I had a similar training collar for my German Shepherd some years ago ,which cost a lot more and wasn’t as good as this one , I like the fact this has lights on it to tell when it needs charging,which also show me where he’s hiding in the garden when it dark out , I would not hesitate in recommending this to anyone who needs a decent dog training collar at a great price

I followed the few instructions that there are for how to fill the collar unit with citronella from the can provided very carefully, but when I firmly pushed the can down on the open filling port on the unit, citronella just sprayed out everywhere. When I tested the spray function on the unit, it sprayed but nothing came out - no citronella hadI tried filling multiple times and looked at the video for more information to see if I was doing anything wrong, but the same result every time. There is no vibrate as per the title, but the beeping worked work to scared the dog from barking. Very good idea, but not a good unit and I see someone else also had an issue.

Easy to set up and link the collar to the buttons. Wanting only manual operation, it is necessary to press a button within a minute each time it's switched on, else it goes into automatic anti-bark mode, hence 3 stars. Good value. We were very pleased until, the day before the amazon return period ended, it just stopped squirting. It had been refilled, the buttons worked, you could hear a valve opening, but no gas emitted. So, back to amazon for a refund. We have ordered another, so you can see that we liked it in principle. Hopefully a one off duff unit.

Very pleased with this collar and the service and help I’ve received from the company. Had a problem with the first collar and had immediate help and replacement on contacting them. All working well now and easy to use. Has helped training especially recall and not distressed my dog.

Our dog loves being able to play at night in the garden. She barks at the nocturnal birds, foxes and hedgehogs. Sometimes she can be asleep but she’d run outside at a mere sound. She gets excited and barks. We live in a semi. We are very conscious of our neighbours. We also would like to be able to sleep well. After learning to barks through vibrations, we are at a loss on how we can cope because our dog asks to be let out three-four times at night. She wants to play with us at night when we call her to come back. So we had to think and search hard. Nowadays, our dog gets excited, becomes very happy when she sees the collar. She associates it with being able to go to our garden. She comes back happy. There is no smell of citronella at all. She has now associated the collar with no barking.
