Since I know nothing about how to use these tunning forks that I purchased online I needed a basic how to chart . It is good starting point to using this self healing vibrational technique. I found this to be interesting and informative. You also need to buy some reading material on vibrational healing. Song of the spine by j Wieder was one I use as reference material. Much more out there. My metastatic prostate bone cancer was in my spine along with everywhere else. By the way natural healing protocals have been instrumental in my being alive a year later WITH NO MAJOR SYMPTOMS. I did not have any surgery, Chemo, or radiation, of which I was told I needed Immediately back a year ago. There IS over 300 natural protocals for cancers and other extreme diseases that every country BUT the US endorses. Most with remission rates of astronomical proportions. I am just starting with tunning forks and having the visual and descriptions of how to and what it does is very valuable to have. Glad I got this. Kind of a bit expensive but still glad I have it.

This is some good basic knowledge, but it's not really in my opinion worth $16-17 for a bifold and a sell sheet. But they do give you what they say, they will, they're not keeping it a secret. Order as part of a bundle when getting a book and tuning fork. Did not read description, just went by image. Information is good but was expecting two separate "posters" not a two sided, folded pamphlet.

This chart is great to introduce what is to be expected during, as well as a result of, working with tuning forks. To Note: All of this invaluably goes beyond its function as just "a chart." It establishes a personal comfort & trust level for the recipient ~ whether "self" or "other."
