Does exactly what it's meant to do!
I bought 3 of these cards together based on other reviews I read from Amazon and other sites. I was contemplating between Transcend and Sandisk. I was planning to get them for my Sandisk Sansa Fuze ironically and ended up going with Transcend instead. The cards came in perfect condition each with their own adapter, that you can plug the Mirco SD card into and then insert the adapter card (along with the Micro sd card inside) into a SDHC/SDXC slot; in my case it was for my iMac and Macbook pro. This out of the package is ready to run and works on both Mac and PC. It already comes formatted with a space of approximately 30 GB, so that makes it easier to start using it instantly without the need of a computer first, so this is excellent for people with cameras that need a card on the go and don't have a computer as there isn't a need to format it first.SPEED - The actual speed is consistent with the advertised speeds here on amazon. It takes about 10-15 seconds to reach its max for long transfers and then stays at that speed with little to no fluctuation. Don't expect anything super fast here as it is a class 4 and will not give you anything more than it says. Although it's still pretty fast and is excellent to use if you don't need to transfer very frequently back and forth. For my purposes, this was excellent. I put all my songs on these cards once in the cards so it was somewhat a one-time thing for me and didn't mind the wait.PERFORMANCE - In all my years using all types of cards (SD, microSD, pro stick duo etc.), this is the first card and company that deliver performance exactly as advertised. So far I have never had these crash during any transference and the speed stays consistent. Also no problem in connecting with my sansa fuze. The speeds will not go higher or lower than the advertised speed, so you can actually see if these speeds are enough for you. Although I have heard that other higher classes above 4 have had some problems, so might want to research more on that.DURABILITY - I remember reading somewhere that these can last at least up to 10, 000 re-inserts. Personally, I really wouldn't even bother with the stats. I take my cards in and out of my Sansa Fuze everyday so it goes through a lot and after using them for over 2 months, nothing seems to have changed. It's still in the exact excellent shape as it was.WARRANTY - These come with a lifetime warranty and not 1 or 2 year so you'll be pretty much set in terms of financial safety. Although you probably won't end up ever using it as these are built excellently and built to last a long time.Final Thoughts - You get what you see here, nothing more and nothing less. It does what it's meant to do and without any problems of freezing up. The speeds are pretty much exactly as advertised so you can decide if the speed is enough for you or not. The actual build of both the adapter and the micro sd card are tank, super tough and no worrying about breaking them. After 2 months of daily use, nothing has happened to these cards. If something goes wrong, well...you have a lifetime warranty, although you will not end up using it. I will definitely recommend this to anyone without any hesitation. Sandisk and Sony are good as well but as you might have read from other reviews that you can't go wrong with Transcend...yup I agree. Sony and Sandisk have previously given me problems with freezing up but never with Transcend.

Reliable and Fast Class 4
I got this during Black Friday week on Amazon for less than a dollar per gigabyte, but even at regular price it seems like a good deal. I bought it to replace the 16GB Sandisk chip that came with my Droid X. I'm glad I did, because not only does this Transcend have twice the storage capacity as the micro SDHC card I was replacing, it is considerably faster as well (which was a bit of a surprise as both chips are class 4).For those of you who are thinking of buying this for the same reason I did - to upgrade the amount of storage on your smart phone - it's easy to transfer all the files and folders (apps, data, photos, etc.) on your old card to the new one. I was wondering if it was as easy as just doing a standard Windows file transfer operation, and indeed it is. My notebook only has one SD card slot, so I created a backup folder on my C: drive. I plugged my original micro SDHC card into the micro-to-SD adapter that came with the new Transcend and put it in the SD slot in my notebook. Then all I did was select every file and folder in the root directory of my old card and drag it to the temporary backup folder. Then I put the new chip in the notebook's SD slot, selected every folder and file in the backup folder, and dragged everything over to the new chip from the backup folder. No hidden files to worry about not being copied; all my apps still worked perfectly after I put the new chip in my phone.During this transfer operation and subsequent testing I noticed that read speeds ranged between 15 and 22 MB/second. Write speeds are about 4 to 6 MB/second. While these specs are in line with a class 4 chip, you may find the write speed a bit slow if you do a lot of high-speed, full-resolution image taking (such as shooting multiple frames per second with a digital SLR camera, for example). This was not a concern for me, though, so I didn't test it.After installation I noticed that my Gallery and file manager apps accessed files considerably more quickly than on my old Sandisk chip, which was a pleasant surprise. For example, when I play a movie, it loads and begin playing the movie twice as quickly as it did with the old card.Formatted capacity is 29.7 gigabytes, which is perfectly normal for formatted storage devices rated 32 GB. There are other reviews here which get into the binary vs. decimal definition of "gigabyte", so I won't get into that here. Suffice it to say when it says "29.7 gigabytes free", you're not getting cheated.Overall, a very nice product, and I'm glad I decided to get it.

The price was right but formatting was odd
This was the most affordable 32 GB card for my new tablet the day I bought it. I'd never used Transcend memory before, but they seem to have a good reputation, so I gave it a shot. The card came unformatted, or at least that's what my Windows 7 machine said. So I put it in the adapter and tried to format it. After repeated attempts, the card simply wouldn't format. It formatted fine in my Mac, but I needed FAT32 for my tablet. So back to the Win 7 box and it didn't even see the card was inserted. I took it to my kid's well worn machine running Vista (don't hate me) and the card was recognized with the Mac formatting, I was able to format it in FAT32, and it's working perfectly in my tablet.Great value, good performance (I didn't need like a class 10 card or anything) and I learned a thing or two about formatting cards.

After more than a year use, it's still works
I bought it around this time last year for my new phone. A year later, it's still works. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for the phone. The microSD works as advertised. After formatted, it gave me around 29.79Gb of free memory. Now, this is the part that surprised me a bit. Even though this card is advertised as class 4, it is in fact, runs at class 6. And more. I tested it many times, using SD Tool app, and it consistently gave me 6.45 mb/s write and around 15 mb/s read average. I put all of my apps on there (using some other software in a combination, I was able to move all of my apps, including all of theirs library, apk data, since my phone only has 300 MB internal storage, yes, 300 MB!), which equate to about 2.5 GB. Those apps ran from the memory card as if they were ran from the internal memory of the phone! I saw no decrease in loading time, no lag or any other significant issue. Overall, a very good card, and until the 64Gb drop in prices, 32Gb is more than plentiful for music and apps. As with these China-made memory card (watch out for cheap but obviously fake ones), I'm glad I didn't get a lemon (as quite a few users did) and got a very good working card, better than advertised in fact.

Very nice, well worth it!
I dont do reviews.. I think this might be my first. But I consider myself pretty tech savi. I was upgrading from 16 gig class 2 microsd. It transferred at about 3.4 megabytes a second to my PC. I looked at alot of micro SD cards and I usually do my homework before making a purchase. This one is the best for its $$$ in terms of capacity (32 gigs, reads 29.7) and speed (class 4). I get a transfer speed of 9 megabytes a seconds (which is nuts for a class 4! class + # = speed in Megabytes which can vary though depending on quality etc.), when I go into my phone, images/videos load up 3 times faster, it used to take me like 1 min to load 88 image thumbnails. Now it takes like 3-10 seconds. Highly recommended, transcend is sort of a well known name brand. Quality wise.. will if t breaks within the first year, Ill be posting here again.A side note. dont go for the class 10 cards, they are unreliable and i read reviews that they break fairly easy. Unless its a great name brand and not some Unknown KompPlus yada yada company. I think itll be fine. Also class 10 on smaller size microsd should be more reliable.

transcended expectations
This product 'transcended' my expectations. I'd never heard of this brand before I purchased this product, so was a little apprehensive about its quality and durability. 3.5 years later, this bad boy is still going strong. Works well with all the gadgets I've used and hasn't caused any problems yet. I would say that I've definitely squeezed my money's worth from this product. Transfers between device and card and quick and easy, but the speed usually depends on your device rather than this card. The adapter is also an excellent add-on. I've used it interchangeably with multiple microSD cards and had no issues. In fact, I leave it attached to my PC at all times (without the microSD) so I don't misplace it and works like a charm.I would say I'd get this product again, but I don't see this causing any issues for a long time so I may never have the need to get it replaced.

Best in Its Class
For price, warranty, speed, and dependability, look no further. This is the best of the bunch. To be fair, it is not perfect. There are pros and cons...PROS.1. The unit comes with an SD adapter. As a result, it is usable for many electronic devices..2. The speed is fast for a Class 4..The write speed range is between 2.8-5.3 mb/s. Most of the write activity is at 4.0 mb/s..The read/data transfer rate is between 13 and 25 mb/s. Most of the transfer activity concentrates at 19 mb/s..I use this storage device in my Sansa MP3 Player. I can not tell the difference in speed between the built-in 8 gb. internal memory or the Transcend 32 gb. In fact, I prefer the recordings on the latter. The music sounds better..3. It is the only product with a lifetime limited warranty. So, the material and construction have to be high quality. . . . Transcend is not stupid. Too many defects and short life make the product unprofitable to sustain..4. The manufacturer is a multi-billion Taiwan based firm. It is not a "fly-by night" company that is going to disappear and not fulfill its legal service obligations..5. The bulk of Amazon.com reviews on this product is good, with the exception of two or three who received their products D.O.A. All other consumers are very happy with their purchases..6. I like it so much that I ordered another...CONS.1. The true storage volume is 29.7 gb., not the advertised 32 gb..2. Transcend does not market a Class 6 or 10 MicroSDHC, but three other Amazon.com vendors do at very good prices. Of course, there are issues with their products..For $15 more, PNY has a Class 10 with 32 gb. The customer reviews are not as good as the Transcend product, and it has a one-year warranty. . . . Again, Class 10s, as a group, are known to have read and write problems. This is true for all brands. So, until the industry improves on the stability issues that are inherent in Class 10s, it may be better to avoid them..3C Pro sells a Class 6 with 32 gb. Customer reviews are better than Transcend. Unfortunately, the company is not listed on Google.com and does not have a website, although many online companies sell its products. Its biggest problem is product warranty. There is none. This was verified by Amazon.com's customer service..Komputerbay markets a Class 10 with 32 gb. with a lifetime warranty. One set of Amazon.com customer evaluations gave high ratings, while another gave average marks. Despite the reviews, I never heard of this company - so I conducted an online investigation. The firm is a small importer of Chinese-made electronic devices. It buys up cheap stuff and sells them under its brand. The quality is not consistent because the manufacturing sources vary. As a result, there are consumer complaints listed on the internet.

Works, but not that well
I bought this microSD for my Samsung Transform Ultra, I want to completely phase all out all apple products including my iTouch and I have about 13 GBs of music so I needed a lot of space but didn't want to spend big bucks on it, so I bought this. It definitely works but I think it might have been worth it to buy a better class because my phone lags really hard every time I go into my music. It might be my phone, but I think it's the class of the memory card.

Perfetto.....
