This is the first time I have bought underwear in any place other than a retail store. Knowing the brand name is Fruit of the Loom was reassuring and the price is pretty enticing for 5 pair ... close to what one pair costs at the store I usually shop at.The fit is "as expected" - in other words no surprises. The fabric feels nearly identical to underwear that cost a lot more at the retail store. It is lightweight for comfort but heavy enough to feel durable.Some have mentioned they think they are slightly shorter than some other brands. That is something only the wearer can decide how comfortable they feel. If anything I felt that the length was slightly longer than average, not by much, but certainly not short. The photo shows how far down they hang.As far as the color's that were received, well again that is personal choice. My order was not as muted as the sample illustration shown at the seller's page; they are purple, light gray, dark blue, pale green and soft red, all attractive and contemporary colors. I can't see negatively rating an otherwise fine product because of the colors that were shipped - the seller makes it very clear that returns are accepted, so if the buyer doesn't like them all they have to do is ship them back.Everyone has their own personal preference about the subject of underwear, so hopefully the above information helps point you in the right direction. For this reviewer they are an exceptionally good value at the selling price and are a 5-star product.

I actually purchased 2 sizes of these underware. One being Large which seem too large and then Medium. The biggest problem is the leg holes are larger than any other Mens uderware I own. Besides that the fit is fine. I have a 36 in waist and thought I needed the large but they were too big so I ordered the Medium and they fit better.

These boxer briefs are Exactly what I hoped they would be. So much easier than having to deal with all the dirtbags at Walmart!! I was a little worried reading the negative reviews with so many confused people. A couple of things that might clear up the confused customers: 1) I ordered the 5-pak in the first (default) picture - because that is what I have been happy with for years. The colors are assorted (I don't believe you have a choice- which is fine by me). I received burgundy, navy blue, green, & 2 gray for a total of five. And, 2) The material is like soft t-shirt cotton, with 1 button for the fly. There is only 1 tag (fruit of the loom) on the front (outside). Inside the wasteband is No tag (tagless). My waste fluctuates between a 30 and a 32; but I always buy these in Medium because I don't want them to constrict my waste - at all. I wear them around the house and to sleep. One more thing. When I picked the size, it seems there are two boxes that say (M) - I just clicked the first one, and they fit perfect - Nice and roomy. Also, these arrived next day (on a Sunday) - Kudos on this one Amazon. Thank You!! :):)

There boxer briefs. If the price is right get them

My old boxers were so worn that after a recent medical examination my doctor suggested a local clothing bank where I could find used clothing. Not nonplussed, I knew the place for me was not the local homeless shelter but Amazon where right next to the New York Best Sellers, (remember when Amazon sold books?) were the best selling boxers, all in a row accompanied by yellow stars. There were boxers is all shapes, sizes, colors and descriptions. I was not looking for something fancy to show off in a selfie on Reddit but just something to keep the boys aligned, loose and happy, plus I take an XL and am short so the selfie would only be appreciated by my sleeping Springer Spaniel. I settled on the Fruit of the Loom Men's 5-pack soft stretch knit boxer, colors may vary and there is polysester in the grey if that should happen to show up in your package. The boxers arived so quickly I had no need to change the old ones I was wearing before the new ones arrived. I immediatly stripped down, well not until the UPS driver left, remember, I am a short XL, and opened the package to choose my color of the day. Standing at the dinning room table pantless, I layed out the five colors and decided to day woud be red. I slipped on the red pair and took a stroll around the house. Now, I like many others, have a house which allows one to stroll in a complete circle and I,like most people, always stroll counter clock-wise. This time I strolled clock-wise without even realizing that the door ususally on my left was now on the right. My life had been turned inside out. I was living in reverse but not going backwards. That night when I took off my new red boxers all returned to normal. The next day I chose the olive green boxers, carefully checked the label and slipped them on. Immediatly life began topsy-turvy again. I took the boxers off and the world returned to normal. I am not one to experience out of body experiences, mostly I am a normal type short XL guy, well there was that one time but it is best saved for another review. Standing in my bedroom pantless and boxerless, I noticed the button on the fly of the Fruit of the Loom Men's 5-pack soft knit boxers- colors may vary and the grey does have polyster, was on the inside and the stiches were also on the inside. But the label was on the outside. Folks, fellow men of the boxer set beware these wondefully comfortable boxers can make you live life inside out.The label, yes the label which says Fruit of the Loom goes on the outside! Failure to notice this and observe proper label placement may cause clockwise house strolling. With this knowledge fully understood I award these boxers 5 stars and am now living a whole new life inside out. What a deal.
