Kaytee Basic Blend, Wild Bird Food, Attracts a Variety of Birds

Leaving a review on behalf of the birds in my backyard who love this🪽They would be very upset if I stopped putting this out. Big variety of birds... and squirrels love it too. Every day I have mourning doves, house finches, California scrub jays, sparrows, dark eyed juncos, oak titmice, California towhee (I live in Los Angeles) who show up for this, and they all recommend it! It stays fresh and the big pack can last for months if you seal it with a clip. I wish they did the bigger pack of this but it's clearly very good according to the birds.

This seed mix attracts a wide variety of birds to my feeders. The 5 lb bag is convenient and lasts a good amount of time for my backyard setup. I’ve noticed more birds are coming to my feeders due to this feed. Overall, it’s an affordable and good quality bird food that I would recommend.

Great variety of birds come around all day every day. I am trying to get into bird watching without any knowledge. These seeds have been growing a community of birds right outside my window!

My birds really love this seed. The sunflower seeds are small enough that they do not get caught in the dispensing holes. This seed has attracted a large variety of fun birds that keep returning every day. There is plenty of cracked corn in the mix and ducks love it as well. It clumps in the feeder when there is any rain but easy to remove.

Birds of all kinds love this seed. So fun to watch them.

i Live in the desert and Birds Came . 1 Bird Must of Told them Hey This Beats Dirt Bugs .. Now i have a Small flock that comes by once a Day. i Here them Making Chirps at My window Saying it's food time 😁. I Get out my Car and 2 Birds came to me Like a Movie . Was Cool There Pritty Chil . Also the Seed came on time and had no Bugs or Tears ... Will order bigger bag Next time

The birds seem to like it so we got what we wanted. And yes, squirrels seem to enjoy the seeds too unfortunately. Unfortunately we realized too late how pricey it is so not great value for our money. My wife found similar seed in bulk and bought an equivalent or greater quantity for a small fraction of what we paid for Kaytee seeds. Not likely to buy anymore Kaytee at Amazon.

This is the ideal bird seed mix for finches, robins, sparrows, cardinals, & others. (Apparently, also for squirrels--you've been warned!)

The birds are loving this seed and I think that the whole bird community has figured it out. I’ve pretty much gone through a whole bag in 2 days and now the birds are giving me the stink eye. I’m afraid that if I don’t get more of this stuff, that they will collectively revolt upon my head. I have had a blast watching the birds go crazy over this seed.
