Is it for 13 year olds

Sure! I purchased it for my 11 year old to use as a Halloween prop. It looks real, but is made of heavy duty rubber. He still plays with it.

Can i use this for airsoft? Is it soft enough?

This ax is made of hard rubber. I'm not sure what your using it for in airsoft, but it will hurt if hit with it. Hope that helps.

How long is it? Is it 2 handed?

It’s about 15 inch long, overall length. We use it mostly for a Krav Maga Technique dealing with Ax attacks. 2 handed operation is possible, but not as practical
