Really good lamp, I’m using it as a decoration piece in my room and it looks great. The light is soft and pleasant, not too bright, and gives a cozy atmosphere. It’s easy to use and feels good quality for the price. Perfect if you want something simple that adds a nice warm touch to your room.

I bought this for a project I am putting Yogyakarta soon, I was disappointed it didn’t come with batteries and scant information as to what type either but once bought and fitted its perfect for my use.

The lantern is beautiful, and came quickly and in excellent condition. The dimmer works well, and as a decorative piece it is a purchase I am so happy with. The only reason I gave it four stars was because it wasn't as bright as I hoped it would be, as it is a hurricane lantern and used for utility as well. In addition, the purchase did not include batteries as I hoped; to save time I would make sure that you have D batteries on hand when the delivery comes. Otherwise the lantern is beautiful and worth the purchase!!

A very nice authentic vintage-looking lantern. I bought one last year, the light was bright white. Just bought another one and this light is definitely a yellower light, so if you like the yellow light, order the warm, the light is not as harsh. A small quibble is last year the box it came in was very nice, sturdy, in color, in English. Wish I'd saved the box because this time it came in a plain white box, like you'd get in an outlet store. Wanted to give it as a gift and the plain white box with the "made in China" sticker definitely cheapens the look of the product. I'll find my own box, but therefore 4 stars.

I purchased this lantern to replace one that I'd had for years. It's quite nice; the light output can easily be adjusted from low to high. Needs two D batteries. It's great to have when the power goes out at night. It's light weight, easy to carry and to hang.

I purchased this lantern as a replacement for one of a pair I had for some years. The pair had "white lights" this one the light is more yellowish, still bright though. WE on occasion loose power and these provide enough light to get around. They are also decorative enough to hang.
