I noted more expensive varieties available (or similar price with less cable management devices) and decided to go with this product hoping it wasn't too good to be true. I was very lucky. This is a great product for a great price. I have added these to the end tables in all of my children's bedrooms. I am running Nook cables, iPad chargers, iPod charges and DSI cables all through these neat little cable managers. What was a tangled mess before is a well organized system for my kids to charge their items. I stole one for my own use too. For years, every time I needed to use the fax feature on my multi-use printer, I had to fish around on the floor looking for the telephone line. No more. Now the telephone line is connected to the back of the printer using one of these captive cable connectors. Easy to use (stick and go) and very effective. Where have these been all my life! Review: Simple product that works great - When looking for similar products on desertcart, I found there were a few companies that had similar products. The prices were all pretty much the same but these had good reviews so I thought I would give them a try. I have only used a couple of these, but so far, they do exactly what I wanted them to do. I have stuck one just on the back edge of my and my wife's nightstands to keep our iPhone/iPad charging cables from falling onto the floor when they aren't in use. I noticed that the adhesive used is a 3M product (can't go wrong there--they feel like they are sticking very well. It should also be noted that I am not using these with the standard Apple brand Lightning cable. Instead, I am using a slightly thicker cable that has a woven cable cover instead of a standard soft plastic one. This makes the cable's diameter slightly larger than Apple's cables, but it still fits fine in the cable holder--not too tight and not too loose so when you pull on the cable, it does not get pinched my the cable holder. So far I've only used them for my iPhone, but I am sure I will find other places in the house that these would be useful for.

Great! But I got a blemished one...
The only issue I had with these is that one of the cable holders I received had this white paper-y material stuck to it in clumps. While I can scrape it off, it really isn't worth my time to do so. The majority of the cable holders they ship out are probably perfectly fine --I just wish that they didn't let that one slip past quality control :\ Other than that though, these cable holders are great --they stay on the wall perfectly, they can fit thick cords like the one that's part of my laptop charger (the one between the plug and adapter), and they do their job in keeping my cords off the floor! My chair is surrounded by my desk, the wall (with the outlet), and my carpet, so there isn't a lot of space to move around. When my tablet and laptop charger cords were all over the ground as well, it was even harder to adjust the chair because it'd always roll over the cords! These cable holders definitely solved the problem, so A+!

Great if you never touch them.
These things are a really great idea, however, the sticky adhesive on these isn't very sticky. I use mine in my car to cable manage my cell phone charger and blue tooth dongle, and it doesn't stay stuck to the side of the center console more than a few days. I think I'm going to buy some 3M type sticky pad to use under them, because the rubber nubs themselves are great, but they don't stick well so they lose their purpose. With new adhesive I imagine they will work great tho! I would recommend these if you were using them somewhere where you will never touch them or take the wire in and out of it. They will work fine for that. Just know if you plan on using them for any sort of utility, you will more than likely need to get a better adhesive for them so they stay put. I'd rate 5 stars if they stuck good. Expensive too for not sticking, but well worth it if they didn't fall off where you stick them.

Helpful little guys!!!
These little guys are so handy, first of im sure everyone will think , do they actually stick properly, well the answer is YES! Yes, they do. I have some on my night stand , some on my computer desk, all made of different types of wood. but they stick and do not budge. Secondly, what kind of cables will fit, well i have a samsung galaxy s5, and the charger fits perfectly. My wife has an iphone 5s and an Apple Macbook Air, both chargers fit perfectly. I have some sony headphones, they fit too. And best of all, My laptop, which has a general fat laptop wire (Asus N550JK) fits too!!! The main thing for me was will my laptop wire fit because its a fat cable, and it does and also when you pull, i was hesitant at first that they would come off or the adhesive would not be strong enough. but that has not been the case,, I think these are the best ones out there because i heard complaints about others not sticking and falling off and what not. Hope this helps anyone who needs it for any one of the applications i have listed above. Oh and i have a Koolpad wireless charging pad which uses a generic usb cable which also fits :)

I'm not terribly happy with these.
I have purchased a few different versions of these from different companies. These ones I have to say, I am the least impressed with. I used them at work and at home on my bedside table. After several months, the adhesives on every single one of them gave out and these all fell right to the ground. And they all did it in a matter of days of each other too. The type of surface used doesn't seem to make a difference. I also have to say that the channel for this is rather "loose" in the sense that if you try to pull in cord slack, all but the thickest cables tend to "pop" out while you are pulling them, with very little resistance, which is rather annoying. They do any okay job when the cables are resting, but again the problem with the adhesive giving out really is what makes me not recommend these at all. You can't just buy replacement adhesive, you have to buy these things all over again, which is not really acceptable. Overall, other brands of this design are much better.

Cables, cables everywhere; now they're nice and neat.
Not much to say here, Small enough to disappear out of the way but pliable enough to shove almost any cable into. Didn't think nine would be enough at first but i was able to give the wife and daughter a few of their own without denying myself. Stick them under the desk or table route a long cell phone charger or stick it to the side and have a usb charger at arms length all the time. High quality 3m adhesive sticks these just about anywhere and the durable rubber doesn't seem like it's going to give up anytime soon. Buy a pack and you'll be back for more in no time. Livingroom, bedroom, even hairdryers and straighteners in the bathroom; Stick a couple of these around the house and you'll wonder why you had your cables in disarray all those years.

Works wonderfully to make a great charging station!
Between my two daughters, my wife and myself, we utilize multiple styles and lengths of charging cables. I purchased these to help organize and consolidate the cords. I cleared out an entryway cabinet, drilled a small hole in the back and fed 7 different cables through to the interior. Each cable was then placed inside a captive cable organizer. A few well placed labels above the cables and everyone knows what each cable is for and now knows where to go when a device needs charging. The organizer allows the cables length to be adjusted by pulling or pushing on it, without having to remove the cable completely. My 7 year old can plug in her Kindle no problem, and my older daughter and wife no longer ask me where a charger is for their device. The clamps hold securely with a 3M strip, even on uneven, textured wood. These are great and I will be purchasing more to use in the garage.
