Great brand and I love this paste that they make. The hold is perfect and still pliable and it smells great. It works great and doesn’t leave the hair looking or feeling greasy.

This stuff is amazing, I was put on it by my barber who introduced it to me. Its hands down the best hair gel Ive used and heres why... 1. It looks natural, zero shine, I mix this in and it looks as if Im wearing no gel at all. 2. It holds all day, and on top of that I can re-adjust it all day too. Unlike other gels that you dont dare touch after it dries this you can re-adjust. 3. Its easy to apply, it blends in very quickly and easily. Again some gels I feel like Im mixing in my hair for minutes, but this really seems to blend into my hair easily. 4. One reviewer mentioned they couldnt stand the smell? HUH!?!? what offends you about a lemon smell? Give me a break, this smells very good and is unoffensive. If you're in the market for a new gel, trust me try this, I guarantee you'll like it

One of my favorite hair products so far. First use of the product on damp hair may make it crunchy, shiny, and hard but that quickly goes away after running your hands through. It can make your hair look a little dry and crisp at times. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an all-day hold that cements hair in place with a matte finish.

I absolutely hated this product. Perhaps this matte paste is not intended for me, as I have somewhat longer hair, but I found it completely unusable, regardless of the style I desired. I usually like a matte paste that has a slight to medium hold, allowing me to run my fingers through my hair and adjust my style if need be, but this product made my hair stiff and crunchy like a gel would. Similar to a gel, the product was very sticky and did not hold very long at all. I definitely will not be buying this product again, and seeing as it costs almost $20, I regret giving it a blind test.

Used this for years. Used to be light, fluffy, and smell great. Best pomade ever. Really hoping they release that version again.

Great hold, low shine for all weather types. Humid or arid this stuff works!

For the first few weeks I did not like it, but I eventually got a grasp on the right amount of dampness for my hair and the right amount of pomade plus technique. When going into dry hair, this stuff feels like it's designed to help your fingers get a really good grip to rip it out of your head. But on damp air it goes in really smoothly and spreads nicely to get a good even coating. In wet hair, this stuff still makes a light shine and gives your hair that spiky separated look. But once you get the moisture ratio down, it's easy to get what you want and you can easy get a super matte finish by running your comb or fingers through it again once it has dried. It does have a strong hold as long as you don't have too much water initially. Even then you just wait a few minutes and restyle. The major downside for me is that it does not rinse out with water, even high pressure hot water from my shower. I don't like to use shampoo every day, so sometimes I get out of the shower and my hair is still stylable without adding extra product. Your hair feels kinda thick and high-friction until you actually wash it out.

Mein Profil: Blond, viel feines Haar, mittellang. Diese Pomade passt einfach nicht. Der Geruch ist nicht meins, aber dennoch habe ich der "Krone" 3 Wochen an/auf mein Haupt gelassen... Aber das Ergebnis ist echt ernüchternd. Leider lässt die Pomade mich ab der Hälfte meines Arbeitstages im Stich und einzelne Strähne lösen sich.. Das ist für mich ein No-Go. Man kann zwar mit einer angefeuchteten Bürste/Kamm etwas nachstylen, aber dann sieht es bei meinem Haar kletschig aus.. Auch die Konsistenz ist eher als trocken zu bezeichnen und dadurch ist es schwer, die Pomade im Haar zu verteilen, wenn die Haare nur etwas zu trocken sind.. Als Alternative kann ich HEY JOE *STRONG* empfehlen oder mein jetziger Favorit Teddy Boy Pomade Original(eher weicher halt, dafür lange nachstylebar, fast wie eine echte Pomade;)

I don't normally write reviews but I must on this product because I've finally found the perfect hair product and I've tried sooo meny. Soft and non grease matt no shine bonus only need to use a tiny amount also after use on hair it makes your hands feel smooth like you don't even feel like you have just used promade on them non sticky what more can I say but without a doubt is now my favorite of all time.

Slicks back very well and even spikes a mohawk extremely well. If you want it slicked back make sure your hair is slightly damp when applying the pomade. It's easy to wash out, smells great and can be reset with just wet hands and your comb. Well worth the cash spent!
