Diese Sojabohnenpaste von Healthy Boy ist für mich als halben Thailänder ein echtes Stück Heimat. Sie ist das thailändische Pendant zur japanischen Miso-Paste, jedoch mit eigenem, charakteristischem Aroma – herzhafter, leicht fermentiert und mit einer würzigen Tiefe, die in vielen traditionellen Gerichten unverzichtbar ist. Besonders bei Khao Man Gai (dem klassischen „fetten Hähnchen“) kommt sie in der begleitenden Soße perfekt zur Geltung. Aber auch in Suppen, gebratenen Gerichten und Saucen sorgt sie für genau das Geschmackserlebnis, das man aus der thailändischen Küche kennt und liebt. Ich bin mit dieser Paste aufgewachsen und für mich ist Healthy Boy die klare Nummer eins unter den Marken. Der Geschmack, die Qualität und die Vielseitigkeit überzeugen jedes Mal aufs Neue. Fazit: Für alle, die original thailändisch kochen möchten, ein Muss in der Küche. Authentisch, aromatisch und genau richtig – besser geht’s nicht.
