After months of looking for shoe storage options for my entryway, I decided to splurge on this Yamazaki shoe rack. I love other Yamasaki products and Japanese design is great for small spaces. This shoe rack was incredibly easy to assemble. I used an electric screwdriver, which greatly sped up the assembly process. The screws are nice and tight, and my rack is fairly sturdy. I would not describe as "wobbly" as other reviewers have mentioned. A smaller screwdriver to attach the top wooden shelf is recommended (I had to angle my screwdriver from above). The width spacing of the bars are good for my women's size 7 shoes, but also fit my boyfriends's larger shoes (size 11). On each level, I can comfortably display 3 pairs of sneakers, or squeeze 4 pairs of sandals. I like the wooden top shelf for decor or additional storage. The wooden top makes it easy to dress the space up and add a piece of art above it. It does not support heavy items on the top.

One sheet, easy to assemble instructions! Everything was packaged well so all parts of the shelf were in excellent condition. The shelf is narrow and clean looking, but still had enough space to put 2 small planters and 1 medium planter on the top shelf. The sturdiness of the shelf is good, but the stability is quite weak without something on it. Once shoes, planters, etc. are placed on the shelf, it becomes more stable.

The finishing on this is surprisingly nice for the price. My only complaint is that it’s a bit wobbly, but if anchored to the wall it’s great.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Attractive. Sturdy. Holds 12 of shoes with a wooden top perfect to hold misc items. Good quality item.

It’s straightforward and effective. Simple design. Nice muted neutral colors. Stores about 3 pairs of shoes per rack. Wobbles slightly but not to the point of being an issue. I’m happy with it.

This was easy to assemble, one person can do it because it’s lightweight and generally easy to put together. Since it is lightweight, it does wobble but I don’t mind it much cus I put my shoes in and that’s it. What I love is that this rack is at the perfect height to put keys and things at the entryway.

Seemed like a little much to pay for a shoe rack, but I wanted a very particular style and size so I decided to splurge. The rack itself was super easy to put together — took me 5-10 mins. It does wobble if you push on it but it’s sturdy enough for what I need. Easily fits 3 pairs of mens 9-10 shoes on each shelf. For the price, I would expect something a little sturdier, but it serves its purpose and looks great in my closet!

This is a clever and beautiful design. It looks great in my entry and holds a lot. The rack seems a bit rickety. It may be because the top shelf was difficult to install and if I could fully tighten the screws that might stabilize it. The problem is that the screw holes are so close to the metal uprights that you can get a scewdriver close enough. I don't ve a specialized tool for it. The process would be better with bolts and an allen wrench. .

Belle et solide étagère....mais un peu chère pour ce que c'est. Ce ne sont que 2 montants métalliques, de fins tubes métalliques et une planche...en kit. Je ne vois pas ce qui justifie un prix aussi élevé d'autant plus que malgré un emballage impeccable et très soigneux, l'un des montants métalliques de coté est arrivé avec un coup sur l'avant. Cela ne justifie pas un retour mais c'est dommage notamment à ce tarif.

Les pattes en métal sont croches et la tablette en bois est abîmé. La boite était brisée à quelques endroits lors de la livraison. Je m’attendais à mieux.

i love this show rack. it holds all my shoes and provides a sleek tabletop for my entry way. i love the hooks it comes with so you can hang your purse or umbrella on the side. it may not be for you if you wear a lot of boots. the space between each rack isn’t very big.
