Light duty, good quality
All I needed was a low cost, small, basic printer/copier for a third workstation in the house, I also wanted to have it use the same printer cartridges as my existing printers. Found this and bought the refurbished unit because it fit my needs and budget perfectly. It prints quickly and quietly, the images and text are clear and sharp, it has a small footprint so doesn't take up much room, everything I needed. Setup was quick and easy using the HP Print Doctor software and Windows 10.

Great little printer for the money
I Had to have a new printer, as mine wasn't working anymore. I decided on this, as it was very small, and wireless. It fits perfectly on top of my stereo, right in the living room where I spend most of my time. This was a refurbished printer, but looks brand new and in perfect shape. It arrived very well packaged. It did not come with a cd for set up, but I did not need one. It also did not come with any instructions, but you can find anything you need online/their website. I am a "senior" and I simply made sure I took all the blue tape off of all the parts, plugged it in, put in the ink, and turned it on. It picked up my internet signal right away. I walked over to my laptop (across the room) and went to Settings/Devices/Printers and simply clicked on "add Bluetooth or other device". It discovered my new printer, and voila, it was set up! It also went to the website, but I didn't need it. Then I set the new one as my main printer. If I can do it, anyone can do it. The paper feeds well. First, I had to print out a bank statement. I used the black & white. It printed very well, but for some reason printed a couple sheets with only one line on it... after some checking, I figured out that the way I had the statement set up, I just needed to adjust the print size on my computer so each page would print completely on one page. Then I made a greeting card for my Mom. I am a graphic designer (but am retired and only use my degree for myself now lol). The colors looked great on card stock, nice and clear. The only thing that gripes me, is that I have not figured out a way to print "border to border" so I get rid of the white border. I do not see that setting in the settings, as it was in my old printer, so I may not be able to do it with this printer. It is on the less expensive side, but I had to get a new one after my other one bit the dust, and this was all I could afford. I plan on saving up to get a better one, but for now this will do. I would recommend this for anyone needing a good printer for every day print jobs. I had the Instant Ink service with my last HP where they keep track via internet, how much ink you use and send new ink when they feel you need it; but decided not to get it with this one, as I do not print as often as I used to. Back then, the service was free up to 10 pages a month, but now I noticed it is .99 a month, with higher costs depending on amount of pages used. And if you print off a test page, THAT counts, so I feel their Instant Ink service is not worth it for me at this time. All in all, I do recommend this printer.

Crap
Piece of crap doesn’t work. Laptop can’t find it. It prints tiny blue icons rather than words when I press info to see how to get it on the network. I figured out it was used as soon as I opened the box. Printer was uncushioned and cord attached. Ink Cartridges already installed. No instructions. No CD. No quick start guide. Went to my orders to verify I bought new. Nope. My bad for not noticing it was renewed. I never ever buy used for this reason. Seller should LEAD with the fact that it’s renewed in the description. Or Amazon should use larger font for renewed. It’s not new and not working, so I guess I now have a cute copier. I ordered in early Feb but only yesterday moved the office, so it’s too late to return it. I love HP for their unmatched ‘no paper jams’ on even the cheap printers. I have 2 other OfficeJets: a 4630 and a 5200 and I haven’t had a paper jam in 12 years and since enrolling in Instant Ink 5 years ago, I’ve never run out of ink and I can print all the color pages I want for $15-$20/month. Guess I’ll pay attention when I order another one, in just a minute.

It's the right size for me and my place.
It doesn't respond well and it's slow to print 😒. Overall, I like it 👍 😉

Small footprint, I like it, setup snafu solved
It's perfect size, seems to print well. Does photos as well, especially if you buy special photo paper for inkjets. Setup took a minute as setup instructions on my refurbished printer were incomplete. YouTube showed me I had to push a couple extra buttons, then setup worked. I like it for my light duty scanning, copying, and printing needs.
