THIS IS SOME AWESOME FISH SAUCE!
I love sauces but was never over the top for tartar. Don't like huge chunks of relish. Don't like it too sweet. Then I found the reviews for Paladini and almost passed it up because of the cost. Then I thought.."Well that's silly because it isn't THAT expensive for how long it's going to last" BUT IS IT GOOD? You bet your sweet boopy it is! (Boomer term).

A pleased customer.
I like the consistency of this dressing. It is light rather than a chunky addition to grilled fish.

Great tartar sauce
If you like tartar sauce, you'll love this. To be honest, I was a bit hesitant trying the product but it does taste excellent. It goes great with a nice plate of fish and chips or just a fish dish in general. The consistency is nice, not too runny but also not super thick either. I will say it is a bit expensive compared to a normal condiment but the flavor does match the price you pay for it. I would like it to be a bit cheaper or at least bigger for the price but aside from that I have no complaints.

Good but expensive
The tartar sauce tastes very good and has a rich, well balanced flavor that works great with seafood. The quality is there and it definitely stands out from cheaper options. The only downside is the price. At $18 for two jars, it feels expensive for what you get. If you really like this brand it may be worth it, but the cost is hard to ignore.

Nice flavor
I recently picked up a 2-pack of Paladini Tartar Sauce, and I have to say, it’s a solid choice. The taste is pleasantly tangy, striking a good balance without being overpowering. I really appreciated the smooth texture, which made it perfect for spreading on my fish sandwiches and dipping my fries. What I liked most was that it doesn’t have that artificial taste that some tartar sauces do. It feels like it’s made with quality ingredients, and you can really taste the dill in there. Overall, I think this is a great addition to my condiment collection, and I’ll definitely be repurchasing it when I run out.

Delicious tartar sauce with more depth of flavor/a more complex flavor profile...
I am always trying to incorporate more fish in my diet, but I'll admit I don't much care for the taste of fish - so I'm always on the lookout for new sauces to help fool my taste buds into eating the fish. This is my first experience with this brand, and I was intrigued by this sauce in particular because I love the taste of capers. I wasn't so sure about the dill at first, but I'm glad I took a chance and tried this sauce. To me, this sauce has much more depth of flavor and a much more complex flavor profile than your average generic tartar sauce. It has a wonderfully creamy texture, and while the caper and dill flavors are both evident, I feel all the flavors are pretty well-balanced without one being more overpowering than the other. The ingredients also list both fresh horseradish and hot sauce, but I didn't notice the sauce to be particularly spicy at all. Again, all the flavors feel well-balanced and the sauce is a creamy delicious complement to drizzle over fish and/or vegetables. I also really enjoyed this drizzled on fish tacos the other night. The possibilities are endless. The instructions mention that this needs to be refrigerated after opening, but I'd suggest refrigerating it even before opening. When I first popped open the bottle at room temperature the consistency of the sauce was a bit on the thinner side, but this improved once the sauce had been chilled in the refrigerator. I appreciate the tamper evident seal on the bottle, and the product tastes very fresh - with an expiry date over a year out on the bottles I received. Overall, I feel this is a delicious tartar sauce with more depth of flavor/a more complex flavor profile than your average generic tartar sauce. I absolutely would order this again and I feel it is a good value for the money.

This is a craft tartar sauce, it sets itself above the rest.
This is a great tasting tartar sauce, it's not your everyday grocery store tartar sauce. It's a craft made product and you can definitely taste the difference. After having this compared to some of the other brands on the market, you'll want The Palladini tartar sauce. It's has the perfect balance of ingredients within this jar of yummy deliciousness. I know we think tartar sauce is for fish, but can be used for many different foods making it very versatile. I mean it can be used for hot dogs and hamburgers, chicken, pork for vegetable dishes like asparagus, let your imagination run. I just used mine as an additive into tuna fish with yogurt. It doesn't take much, a little will go a long way making its value very good. I'm heavy on flavors, this is great by itself and needs no other additives. I like a lot of dill, capers and onion and citrus flavors, this hits on all points. If the consistency is velvety smooth. If it's too thin for you you can thicken it by adding dried dill, dried onion, and a hint of garlic. Keep in mind this is a craft tartar sauce and Will be a hit with all who taste it. Great condiment for the fridge, and they goodness it comes with two jars. I normally wouldn't purchase this type of tartar sauce, but I will from now on.

My “go to” tartar sauce
I searched quite awhile for a really good tartar sauce with the right balance of mayonnaise, pickles, vinegar, and spices. I’m sure this is personal and subjective, but I have to say once I found Paladini tartar sauce in my local upscale grocery store, it was always my “go to” brand. When my store quit carrying it, I was very glad to find it at Amazon. It’s has a great texture and taste—just the right combination of everything to enhance any fish. The price is very good for such excellent quality and mixture of ingredients.
