Works well for what I need.
My parent has several pieces of medical equipment that require electricity. A great alternative from a surge protector. When the time comes for the equipment to be returned, everything can be unplugged from one central location.

Good quality
I bought this surge proctor for my kitchen. It worked great & loved how I could plug items in on the side instead of always the front. The second one I bought for the basement didn’t fit because it was an outlet with a light switch side by side. The surge protector is about 1/4 - 1/3 inch too wide due to the light switch. I was still able to use it for my freezer area. Be sure to measure for where you want to place it. Very good quality

Life saver
Using this in my home salon- my room doesn’t have near enough outlets and this has saved me! The size is perfect and fits right over my outlet. I can easily have my clippers, trimmers, blow dryer and flat iron plugged in at once with no problems! It’s a bit harder to get the plug in than a normal outlet, but other than that no complaints here.

No unsightly extension cords
Got rid of unsightly extension cords behind the tv stand. Great to plug in the tv, cable box and wireless speaker!

Saved my connected TV and soundbar
We recently experienced an electrical surge, and some of our unprotected appliances, like the coffee maker, were damaged. However, this surge protector effectively safeguarded the TV and soundbar connected to it. While the surge protector itself burned out, it fulfilled its purpose. I'm going to buy a replacement.

Works great to expand number of outlets
Bought the first one a couple years ago for my computer and peripherals in my home office. Worked great. My wife bought an electric blanket for when she’s watching tv and we needed another plug so didn’t hesitate to buy this. Only downside to design is you have to have a screwdriver handy to remove the receptacle cover and then I’ve had to readjust the receptacle depth for it to fit flush. Well worth the couple minutes spent doing that.

It melted
Not sure but within a year of using it, one night it just melted and there was a black hole at the back. Unfortunately, I threw the photo. I am disappointed that it worked less than a year.
