Since it's delivered at room temperature, is there preservative in it?

The list of ingredients on each bottle is: Watermelon juice, lemon juice, apple juice, cayenne. 100% organic. No preservatives!

How does this drink compare to trader joe's cold-pressed watermelon juice?

I can't directly compare however all other brands that I have tried have tasted like over sugared imitations. Not clean and refreshing, they leave that sugary coating on your tongue.

The bottle reads “Keep Refrigerated”. Why is the product shipped without the appropriate perishable packing?

The company's insert recommends you refrigerate the product upon receipt to maintain perfect flavor and appearance, however, "Wondermelon juices will remain fresh unrefrigerated if stored in a cool place".

What is the Shelf life of this product?

It is about 7 months. I got mine in May and the expiration date is 12/2020
