No, each metal weight is about 2.28 oz. There are 35 weights and together they weight 5 lbs. I used about half of them to fill out the spaces in my vest that didn't have weights in them when I bought it. Then I shared the rest with a friend that had a similar vest. It was a great investment to increase the weight of my training vest.

Are these compatible with the hyperwear hyper vest sxy women's 5-pound adjustable weighted vest?

Hi Kelly. I'm sorry but these weights are not compatible with a SXY Hyperwear vest. We have discontinued that model. These weights are only for the Hyper Vest PRO.
