Better than expected, highly recommend!
I bought thesebdk to help hydrate my Medical Cannabis flower after using various products but these terracotta moisture stones are hands down the absolute best at rehydrating dry flower and not adding any bad odor. I used to add a piece of salad leaf, cabbage, bread, orange 🍊 peel, and it did the job but also made the bud smell and taste like orange/bread/cabbage. Then there's this company called Evergreen that makes moisture pods which work great but after a few uses it starts to smell bad and makes the bud smell and taste the same. Finally, I saw someone using these terracotta moisture stones and decided to try them and I'm glad I did because they are 100% the Best! Just be careful and don't leave the stones in for longer than a couple of hours because if you don't check after a couple of hours, it's very likely the moisture will get away too high and mold will start to grow and ruin the precious flower/bud. They're very easy to use. They're natural stones. Super cost-effective and reliable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Why didn't buy this soon!
For a few bucks, it’s one of those “why didn’t I buy this sooner” accessories. 100% would recommend it to friends. It’s not fancy, but it does exactly what it says: keeps your "tobacco" from turning to crumbs.

Works well but not like a moisture pack
I was skeptical at first but after reading many positive reviews I had to check them out. I can attest they are effective, but they don't work the same as a Boveda or a similar 2-way moisture pack. I use them for cannabis I grow and cure that has dried too much. Like others have mentioned they work very quickly, meaning the water that's in the stone will evaporate quickly. This means if you put it in a closed jar with some dried out plant material, you will indeed see the RH % in the jar shoot up fast, but the moisture doesn't absorb fully into the plant material for some time. So, if you remove the stone quickly from a jar with, say, 1 oz of dried out plant material, the RH will drop again pretty quickly as the small amount of water vapor is absorbed, and you're back where you started. The upshot is, if you have a moderate amount of buds or plant material to rehydrate, you shouldn't just pop a fully wet stone in a jar and leave it like you would with a Boveda, because the water evaporates into the air quickly and may not fully absorb for a while, and the RH may get into mold territory in the meantime. Rehydrating very dry plant material usually takes some patience, and I don't recommend more than a few drops at a time on the stone. Let the water fully soak into the stone (a few seconds), place it in the container and give it time to absorb into the buds before rewetting, keeping track of the RH with a meter. It definitely works, but it's a little more work than a moisture packet to get, say, an ounce of dried buds stabilized at 58% RH in the jar, but the nice part is these stones can be reused over and over, and they're very cheap. Highly recommended, especially if you're a grower and, like me, you don't like buying and later throwing away all those moisture packs.

You need this.
Ok.... so I thought this was something I could use for my brown sugar jar. The “sugar bear” thing was sold out so I picked this up instead and obviously didn’t read the description. These are about the size of a quarter. They’re in a tiny box. I was mad (at myself) when I opened them. This wasn’t big enough, surely, “what is this even for?”, I wondered. I then realized they are smoking accessories. To rehydrate tobacco, etc. Well, I do in fact smoke on herbs that sometimes need rehydrating (hence not even realizing wtf I ordered in the first place) and so I got to work. I put about 4grams of my herb in a small mason jar, along with this clay piece that had soaked in water for 5 minutes, per the instructions. Let this sit for about a day and a half and when I checked on it, this stuff was sticky, moist perfection!!! It was almost too sticky to manipulate, so I swapped out a few more grams without re-soaking the clay. Let this sit about a day and a half as well. This was a better batch - nicely plump, sticky, but not too much. I think when I rehydrate the clay piece, I’ll either soak it for less time or adjust how long I let the product sit in the jar, depending on how dry it is initially. Overall, I’m absolutely in awe and thrilled with these! I gave one to a friend and think I might get some for my other smoking friends. It’s a miracle, I must tell everyone I know!! Now, to track down a bear for my sugar jar...

Smaller than expected but works not bad
Alot smaller than i expected but it seems to work. I feel like due to its size, I have to replenish it with wter more often for my bigger brown sugar canisters

Fonctionne parfaitement.
Parfait!
