CODi Mobile Lite 15.4" Wheeled Case, Black (C9020) - Durable, No-Nonsense Solution for Business Travelers

The bag is lightweight, durable, sturdy (never falls over), and the handle is strong and excellent. It holds my 13" MacBook Pro or 15.6" Lenovo in the laptop compartment along with my Surface Pro tablet in the body of the bag (when I need two devices). In addition, it carries my files, accessories, power cords, etc. It's easy to keep clean too. I've had more expensive bags from well-known manufactures—I like this CODi case better. I thought I would miss having four wheels. However, I'm happily living with two wheels and I have more cash in my wallet. UPDATE (almost one year): My CODi wheeled case is still excellent and looks brand new—the wheels, handles, zippers, and case material (inside and outside) maintain their original integrity.

THIS is the perfect wheeled laptop/briefcase!!!! I'm a frequent business traveler and this thing rocks my world. It fits under airplane seats or in the overhead compartment like a charm, and even when I have to carry it, it's light as a feather ... well, a roughly 10-15 lb. feather once it has all of my crap in it. Still, very lightweight. AND it fits my gimongous workhorse of a 17" laptop! I thought I was going to have to return it when I opened the box and saw that the laptop sleeve was so narrow, but the elastic on the sides of the sleeve is *extremely* stretchy and the interior of the bag is deceptively roomy. It's well-made and has tons of pockets on the exterior that make it handy for travel necessities like boarding passes and mints. So happy with this purchase.

I travel weekly and have a 15.6" laptop that doesn't fit well in most bags unless it is one designed for a 17" laptop...then the bag is huge. This bag fits my laptop and has all the features I was looking for including an integrated back loop to stack the bag on my main bag, side pockets for water bottles/newspapers, and many elastic compartments to organize the essentials. The bag appears to be well made and sturdy, plus it is lightweight and has nice shape, not too boxy or too wide. The handle extends and collapses easily which is critical in situations such as boarding a plane or climbing stairs when it is necessary to carry the bag. I expect and hope to have years of service from this bag as it was exactly what I have been searching for for well over a year now.

Not sure why there aren't that many reviews of this product. This product is SOLID. If someone is looking for a laptop bag for office use and day trips, this is an excellent choice. I have a 15 inch Macbook Pro and it fits in this perfectly. And leaves so much more room for all the other accessories and paperwork. PROS: - Solid Built - Roomy (looks small but it is quite roomy) - Has lots of pockets and compartments to organize your stuff - Its so small. I bet it can fit anywhere - The handle is sturdy - The wheels are sturdy - Lifetime Warranty Cons: - Does not come in 4 wheels. I hope they make one available in 4 wheels.

This bag has been my constant companion and mobile office for years. Every day I carry my laptop, a tablet, file folders, notebooks, pens, pencils, post-its and supplies. An umbrella fits into the cavity when the handle is extended. The bag is lightweight, but I really load it up. I’ve dragged it up and down stairs, over curbs and bumpy sidewalks, and it still looks good. The fabric has held up well, and the telescoping handle is still working (sticks a bit, but I know how to work with it). It fits under a plane seat and easily in the overhead bin. The handle hides under a zippered flap, there’s a sturdy band for stacking on luggage, and there are handy pockets and slots everywhere for drinks, tickets, and other bits and pieces. Very well-designed and durable!

It is a nice bag, but very small. My stuff did not fit as I go to and from my work. I need to fit my computer, xtension cords, paperwork, etc. I nearly stuffed this bag, it was ridiculous. Again, nice if you don't have much to put into it. Good quality. Not for my needs, though

This case was just right for travel on a plane. I recently took a two week business trip with the case and upon return home, I continued to use the Codi Lite case for a few more days. Yesterday, I took the case from the trunk of my car and set it on the parking pavement. I pulled the handle up in preparation to walking to a business appointment. My surprise was that the handle detached itself from the rest of the case! I bought the case in April and hardly used the case until this recent business trip. Is the detached handle an exception or do all Codi bags share an inherent weakness at the handle.

The wife uses it daily for work and travel and loves it. When her previous CODi gave up a zipper, we bought the same mode again. That's the one complaint: The zippers are less beefy than TUMI, but at 1/10 the price we are very pleased with the quality and functionality. The wheels held up for kilometers. The handle survived constant daily up-n-down. It's compact enough that she never caught flack for bringing it as a carry-on, but it's internal organization accommodates all the usual accessories. I don't know what's the largest laptop it could accept, but she often travels with 2 smaller Lenovos in the bag at the same time.
