Zinsser SureGrip Universal Border Adhesive, Quart

I had put up peel and stick in my bathroom and in a week it was falling off. Purchased this to glue. Is great. Was able to adjust the paper. Still holding strong

I never used as it was intended...wallpaper. I have used it to decoupage fabric to crafts and it works better than most of the glues made especially for decoupage. Have not yet tried it with paper, but plan to do so. Very easy to use but does take some time to dry.

This worked great for my pre-pasted border. I ended up having to use this although the border I purchased was supposedly pre-pasted but wouldn't stick. So I had to look for an adhesive that worked for both. I used an old paint brush to apply it and had plenty of time to work the border paper and smooth it out. I highly recommend using this product! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it states that it applies pink and dried clear which it doesn't. It goes on clear and dries clear.

Vinyl border was peeling off vinyl wallpaper. Product did a good job of adhering former to latter. Small caveat: It did not seem to apply pink. It went on clear and dried clear.

This product was used on prepared paper in the bathroom, where there this a lot of humidity and steamy vapors. Pre-pasted paper used as is has a tendency to lift at the seams in such circumstances so I used Rust-Oleum Sure Grip. It is easy to work with, the seams are perfect as is the entire project. I definitely would suggest useage of this product if you want a “Sure Grip”.

Probably the worst product I have purchased from Amazon. It smelled terrible and was separated into clear and chunky bits. Dried way to fast (less than 5 minutes). It was as NOT sticky. The paper just peeled off while working with in and even more overnight. Do not buy.

This one does Not hold up. I painstakingly put up the wallpaper and in 2 days it started coming back down 😢. I had to purchase another product and redo it all. Yes I followed the directions and have put up a ton of wallpaper in my lifetime.

Worked really good. Said it goes on pink, but was so light it made no difference when applying as you couldn't see it. It got the job done though!

Does not dry clear. Leaves discolouration on wallpaper. We had white. Now it's an off-white brownish colour on the seams and even ceiling. Not good.

This was an okay product for the wallpaper that I have, which has no pre-glue on it, so I was thinking to buy the extra strength one instead. However this pricing is so attractive, and thus I decided to give it a try after read through most of the good and bad comments. I advised to you about 2 things: 1. do it as quick as you can, don’t leave it too long – quite fast to dry 2. make sure you put it lot for holding your wall paper, don’t do it in thin layer, put it twice and triple more. 3. make sure after you use, put the lid on right away – you will see the pink color fade out quickly But there is one thing that not too good, it said it is in pink color, yes it does however, it doesn’t really show the pink color in the container when you put that on the wall or wallpaper, it Is like transparent color. In general speaking, a bedroom for a kid, you can order 3 containers to give a try first, 4 may be too much, but depends on whether how much adhesive glue you put on and the actual room size. To me, 3 is good enough. Overall, I am good with this product, and it does the job. You can order it with confidence.

I bought peel and stick wallpaper for my cottage but after one winter the wallpaper became unstuck. I bought this wall paper adhesive and just used a paint brush to paint the wall and re-stuck the wallpaper— it worked great. Really easy product to work with and clean up was easy with just water.
