Simple Connection, Great Battery, Good Sound
If you purchased the new Lumia 900, then this is a must! Actually, this is a great wireless speaker for any Buletooth device. Connecting to your devices is simple and easy, the design and quality of construction rivals anything Apple produces, and most importantly, the sound quality is superb. The speaker projects the sound upward and easily is able to fill a room. Surprisingly, the bass is also very good. I own the new iPad, a Lumia 900, and an HP laptop. You start to really apperciate the sound that comes out the Nokia Play 360 once you connect it to your device and hear the sound transition from the device to the speaker. Another great feature is the ability to pair two devices to the speaker, and easily transition back-and-forth to both devices. The battery life is also very impressive. I'm not sure if it will last the full 21 hours as advertised, but I do know that it easily lasted 8-10 hours yesterday on only a couple of hours charge. The portability of the speaker is also a plus. It's lightweight, and it comes with a well designed neoprene carrying case. Another feature that it has is the ability to sync with a second speaker for wireless stereo sound! I haven't tried this feature out yet as I do not have two, but I will be picking up a second after this post. The only critisism that I have, and this is really a non issue, was that the bottom blue rubber base had a powdery grim on it. This was easily cleaned off, and must have been residules of the manufacturing process. Really a non-issue. This speaker really is beautiful! Lastly, and surprisingly, yesterday when I was using the speaker with my cell phone and recieved a text message. My phone, through the Nokia Play anounced that I had a new text message, read it to me, allowed me to respond back verbally, and sent the text off, all without a need to push a button. That might not of surprised you, but it was the first time it happened to me, and I didn't even know that was possible! I like this speaker! Hope you will as well. Nokia's design and quality seem to be returning back to their high, high standards!

awesome design, excellent features NFC, swapable battery, Bluetooth, 360 degree sound quality, (stereo capabilities) great price
Secondipity is one of those great choices to consider when trying to save money and help. As they also say in their main web page "our tagline is Better Value, Better Life. We want a better life for everyone and, for that reason, we give back to our community. A portion of every sale on our site goes to help children in public schools learn to love the planet earth. Secondipity has partnered with DonorsChoose.org which works with teachers from all across the United States" this is my second time I've bought from them, the first time I bought a nokia E7 from secondipity through amazon marketplace, it was at a very price, it was like new even when they said it was used in good condition. however it suddenly stopped working after 3 months of use, I tried to get help from nokia or from secondipity even Amazon but no replacement nor refund or any other help was available. This time I was kind of worried from buying this play 360 in used condition (the first time, my nokia e7 was sold in used working condition but stopped working forever) but decided to be confident enough, I don't regret the first experience, this time the item seem to be working like new, no scratches (even advertised in good condition) nobody can notice whether it's new or used, works perfectly, excellent sound quality, amazing features NFC, Stereo 360 sound (when used with another play 360 L/R channel) at the moment I'm happy and satisfied with my purchase, I have a really good product for a great price and help children and people in public schools, the helping part is what really encourages me to buy again from secondipity. 100% authentic item Nokia brand, excellent condition, fast shipping, good price, really good customer service. I highly recommend buying from Secondipity here at amazon or from their main web page Secondipiy.com. this wireless speaker has deep bass, cristal clear audio output, nice connectivity features, easy operation, even a small carrying pouch is included with the sales package, has a removable battery (great when traveling and having to swap a new spare battery when no AC outlet is available) fast recharging time when connected to an AC outlet.

Wonderful product. Great performance. Documentation could be better
These speakers sound good, look good, and have a solid build quality. The convenience of wireless bluetooth connectivity adds significant value. Just connect and put them anywhere you want. I bought two, and connect them for stereo playback. Indoors or out, they exceed expectation for such compact enclosures. The sound field, frequency range, and clarity are good, especially if placed carefully. We use them when we travel, at outdoor events, and on our boat - particularly when we don't have shore power and don't want to run down the house batteries. The battery life is impressive - we've gone about 8 hours without any drop in performance. Range will be dependent on your device, but I could wander up to 50' or so with my iPhone 4s in my pocket without experiencing any drop out. The only criticism I have of the overall product is the documentation, both printed and web. The instructions for starting, pairing, and stereo connecting are a bit vague. A friend with a pair had figured them out, and showed me how simple they really are to operate.

Would have given 5 stars if there weren't Bluetooth compatibility issues
I love Nokia and most products they design. This speaker is beautiful and provides quality sound (considering its price tier). I only wish its Bluetooth setup was compatible with all MacBooks (does not work with my MacBook Pro Retina 2012). Update: August 30, 2013, docking one star I purchased these speakers so I can use them with my laptop (MacBook Pro Retina 2002). Nokia Care responded that they no longer provide hardware modifications for these speakers (I read online that they used to) and that if I want to use Bluetooth speakers with my Macbook, I need to purchase another model... Sigh. Furthermore, after about an hour of use after completely charging both speakers, they both suddenly disconnected and died (still investigating this). Seriously considering returning them. Update 2: I also tested the speakers with my Lumia 520. They connect fine HOWEVER, every time the song changes when playing music with the built-in music player, there is a 2-second audio skip in the beginning of each song which is very confusing and ultimately unacceptable. I would have settled for using the speakers with just my Nokia but the connection is spotty and insufficiently seamless even with a Nokia-manufactured playback device... This is my experience at the very least... Sigh :( Update 3: the 1-2 second skip before each song does not occur in every use, however there seems to be no way to isolate and fix it. I have decided to return the pair that I got. I am opting for Nokia JBL instead. It is too much hassle to deal with skips and connectivity issues. I wasn't lucky with this pair but I hope it works better for others as Nokia's speakers are usually great.

I love the speaker
5 stars for 2 years, but down to 1 now.... I love the speaker, It has terrific sound and battery life. I used it for 2.5 years and its going strong. HOWEVER, no one is supporting the hardware. It will not work most new Windows Phone 8.1 devices due to some kind of Bluetooth compatibility issue. It connects via NFC, but wont play any sound. Older hardware works great. No one is responding from Nokia or Microsoft. Super P.O. about this... its making me completely rethink my loyalty and love for the Windows Phone platform. The App Gap is one thing, but when devices that were designed to work with each other do not work and no one cares, that is a problem!

Great speaker(s) bad customer service from Nokia
Hi-i own two of these. bought one new from amazon, one used on ebay. they are great sounding speakers when paired together. sound very good one at a time too. problems to consider for a buyer- DON'T LOSE THE TRAVEL POUCH!! Nokia cannot and will not get you a new one and they aren't available anywhere that i can find (need one for my used unit). how hard can that be? their "Nokia Care Chat" people made me feel as if i was some kind of idiot when i asked where i could get one? claimed it doesn't come with one new and i should contact the ebay seller i got it from, oh yeah-right. seems kind of odd they can't get you one. OUT OF WARRANTY SERVICE: they will not service this device if you did not buy it from an approved seller new. in the u.s.a. that's only amazon. so even if you would pay to have it fixed, they won't. they'll tell you to send it to a place called Palco. unfortunately, Palco will tell you they only fix Nokia phones. i bought a used one that doesn't require service, but wanted to know where if it should. it is trash now if it ever breaks/dies. guess i'll just have to hope it holds up. THIS IS REALLY A 5 STAR SPEAKER WITH "0" STAR BACKING (thus the "3" star rating): i used to really like Nokia products. this has cooled me on them considerably. getting a little neoprene pouch (yes, i would pay a little for it) should not be such an issue-you can't find them anywhere. also getting out of warranty service should be possible no matter how you obtained it. i'm offering to pay to have it fixed aren't i??? as much as i like this product, i do not recommend it due to these issues. Nokia needs to know this. just poor customer service. Amazon please see this. ****edit 2-20-13******* i am really enjoying these speakers. the battery power is excellent (easilly 12+ hours-even set at higher level). i don't charge them often. great you can buy a cheap battery to replace (easily) the original should you need. only occasional issue i have is getting the right and left channel assigned properly by the speakers. they are supposed to automatically pair left and right, however for some unknown reason the left speaker proclaims itself the right speaker. then i usually go through an unpairing and a couple of tries later we're good. doesn't happen often. minor issue i think. i like to place them about 10-15 feet apart (slightly away from the wall). the stereo seperation is great!!! i believe they will work as an outdoor set-should you not expect party type volume. but very adequate as background music. very clean sound, not boomy (hard to get this type of sound quality from bluetooth/mp3 degredation). i listen to rock/classic rock music from the 50's-80's. i don't expect the head pounding sound like the party stereos of my long gone youth!!!!! don't expect that from these. but for sound quality they are the best i've heard. cleaner than the others that try to be too "boomy". after you listen to them a while i think you'll understand what i'm getting at here. the need for boomy volume just kind of goes away as you listen to these. they have good enough volume to make most people happy. it's hard to explain the extent of volume without listening to them. i'd buy them from amazon so if you don't like them you can return them. plus, you get warranty. also, you don't have to worry about being in front of them as the sound comes from the top-so you don't have to be in front of them!!! tabletop level seems to suit them. they are great sounding, but for more volume i do recommend two. one is a bit weak. i don't expect room blasting volume, but these seem ok if you don't expect to get blasted. they don't distort and are very clean sounding. people expecting hip-hop pounding bass stay away. if you want good sound go with these-and one recommend, don't buy them used if you want any help from nokia. in the end, i find these the best bluetooth speakers i could buy. expensive, but great quality. for great sound buy one, for excellent sound buy two!!!! (if you buy two-another reviewer recommends different colors to tell right and left apart. i agree with that as the left speaker connects to your device, the right speaker connects to the left speaker and not the device). when two are connected, the bluetooth one connected to your device lights blue signaling left channel, the right channel speaker lights white signaling connection to left speaker only. and of course, they can both be used as single speakers. they also have a handy little red light reminding you of low battery. it doubles as a charge indicator light too. these are very high quality stuff.

sad- revised
After the advent of android and the various i-festations, Nokia's symbian operating system suffered, for several years, from the jeers of reviewers. Having used various linux (that's what symbian is) distributions, I did not fear my first Nokia smart phone. My expressmusic 5800 eventually became a stable and reliable friend- but not without a great deal of initial frustration. Nokia seemed to be dying- mated with microsoft- we all thought symbian was a thing of the past. Then- symbian^3. This is friendly, flexible, intelligent. I bought the new Nokia 701. OK- this is supposed to be about the nokia 360 speaker- it is. Anyone who has a Nokia phone with NFC needs oneof these. They will accept the usual plug wires. The miracle, however, is the sound, wireless via nfc, from the phone. With this speaker, the capabilities of the phone become apparent. Amazing device, with this speaker to let it speak. Sitting in south east Alabama, thirty miles from town, I am able to use AT&T edge/wap to tune in internet radio, listen with perfect clarity to stations all over the world. I can download high definition music to phone, connect via nfc to the speaker- amazing. Compared to bluetooth the clarity of nokia's nfc is stunning. Remember- the speaker is battery powered- heavy bass fans will be unhappy- but for me, listening to Edgar Meyer, Yo Yo Ma, Bela Fleck combos from phone via this speaker is miraculous. Filled a room, 24x12x10 with clear, accurate music. I have the highly rated tivoli i-pal, the much better teac r-1, and a variety of other dc speakers, as I live near the hurricane coast. The Nokia 360 is better. Apple believers aside (it can't be the apple!), AT&T provides great service, and Nokia is turning out some really great devices. Every NFC Nokia owner needs one of these- maybe two. They pair for stereo. update- it died completly. update #2- got play out, went through procedures carefully. Realized thatthe front and rear power buttons, rather confusingly, must be properly coordinated. Frustrating, but my error. And I am buying another, with extra batteries, for better sound than from any of the top end single boxes I have heard

Very handy
Got a pair of these. Exceptional build quality and packaging. Sound quality cannot be compared to more expensive wired Bose speakers: not enough of powerful bass or clearest treble. But still, the sound is very good: both clear and loud for a large room. These speakers are nice for listening to movies, radio and all types of music when connected to a tablet or a phone. They are not tiny, but you can pick them up with one hand and carry around. They don't take too much space on a desk either. More convenient in use than other small Bluetooth speakers: - Charges via a micro-USB port. Any USB charger will work, with any micro-USB. Each speaker comes with its own charger. A Li-Ion battery lasts a long time and is replaceable. - Has the standard 3.5mm headphone jack for analog input. Each speaker comes with its own cable, too. Having standard connectors for both charging and audio input blows away other mini-speakers that require special unified cables for both charging and audio input. - It is easy to pair two of them for stereo output. Then it works for either Bluetooth or wired input. The second speaker always receives (stereo) audio wirelessly, you can move it around without tangled cords. - If two speakers are paired, the volume control works on either speaker as well as the power-off button: both will be turned off. You will need to turn each on separately, but they will automatically and quickly re-connect wirelessly. The pair will work with either Bluetooth or wired input to one of the speakers. - NFC works perfectly for switching the speaker on and automatic Bluetooth pairing. - Two Bluetooth sources can be used, you won't need to repeat the Bluetooth pairing procedure every time the source is changed.
