Okay, so, I'm a little dubious when it comes to magic pain relief pills. I was previously prescribed some serious mg co-codamol for the pain I get in my hands. Years of being an artists with arthritis and not taking care of myself as I should have. I've been in some serious pain and discomfort for the past 3 years due to breaking both wrists and several fingers and knuckles in one hand brought on through a an accident. I was on prescribed meds for this, but when I realised I was addicted, I stopped taking them. After the breaks healed, I was left with a dull ache all day and then serious stabbing pain at night, along with uncontrolled jerking and hands locking up. Along with the arthritis setting in, in the rest of my joints, I needed a way to feel like my old nimble self, so decided to give these a try. I've read about turmeric but never believed the hype, gave these a chance and can honestly say, these have changed my life. Not being overdramitic either, they've literally changed my life. I've had them a week, and honestly could feel the difference after the first day. I no longer get that lingering ache through the day. I don't get sore joints, and my hands feel like new. Now, I'm not saying that these are magic pills for pain. I'm not saying they'll repair broken bones. But what I am saying is that when you have had a pain for so long, you get used to it. When that pain and annoyance gets knocked back to like 10% of what you're used to, you genuinely forget and just get on with your day. I know my hands are screwed. And I know later in life I will probably need medical intervention. But as of right now, I am sleeping better, have more mobility in my hands, which means I can get on with my work without the need for breaks every hour. I can use them for longer and don't get the kind of pain that wakes me up anymore! If you're having pain with joints and muscles, seriously get these. They will not get rid of it altogether. But they will bring it down to such a manageable level, you manage to forget the pain.

Great tablets, good value for money, not sure what effect it has but I take them to hope it helps. Normal size of vitamin tablets. Usual tumeric smell.

I chose this brand over similar products due to the large amount of positive reviews I read. I suffer from frequent lower back pain on a daily basis and a couple of finger joints that have been injured during sports are stiff and painful on waking up. I was looking to use this product to help ease this pain and reduce inflammation as part of my daily supplement regime. I have only been taking it for a week so I cannot give a 5 star rating as my pain is still there, however I found today for the first time that my finger joints were not as sore when I woke up so this was a great relief! I look forward to seeing how I feel over the coming weeks as I continue to use this product.

Capsules are easy to swallow, content is generous and very good quality with organic ingredients. Shipping is quick too.

Helped with injuries recovery taking regularly

My wife suffers from arthritis in her fingers. (See pic). It causes her finger joints to swell and it causes restriction of movement and pain when trying to bend her fingers or just generally do anything! I saw that Turmeric was supposed to be good for arthritis so I decided to buy her these capsules to try and help with pain relief for her. I was slightly shocked at the size of them when they arrived. (See pics). I was worried that my wife wouldn’t be able to swallow these but, in fact, she has had no problems with this whatsoever! I’ve seen some reports of these tablets smelling odd but they actually just smell of Turmeric which is quite a strong smell, but it is not unpleasant doesn’t bother my wife at all. She’s been taking these for a few weeks now and, much to my surprise and her benefit, they certainly seem to be helping! She can now bend her fingers properly, which she was struggling to do before and she has reported that the pain in her finger joints has significantly reduced. She’s over the moon with this as it means she can use this natural remedy to help with her pain and joint movement without having to resort to surgery, which is what the Doctor advised! It seems that Turmeric, and indeed these tablets, must act as some sort of anti-inflammatory. They have certainly helped my wife significantly and I will definitely be buying these again - probably forever! Summary: Fantastic tablets to help arthritis sufferers. Easier to swallow than you think and the effect kicks in within a week or so.

Easy to take

Ok.. Do people have extremely wide throats that are writing these reviews saying "not that bad to swallow"?.. These things are HIDDEOUSLY huge!! I can't see any way a human can swallow these without difficuly! The best way to take these is empty the contents into a glass of water and swallow, chase it with a nice drink and the taste quickly goes.. It's been a week and already I can see the difference, so the product works, it'a juat tht trying to swallow a double decker bus twice a day isn't my idea of fun!
