How many Square feet does one roll equals?

I had a wall that was 7-6 x 18-6 and it took 6 rolls. Problem was this: I did the installation by the directions EXACTLY, but it all fell off the next day! I cannot recommend this product. Also, there is NO WAY to match the pattern so if you look at your finished wall - it doesn't look very good.

Will this work as a back splash? Can it get wet?

I would say yes. But you will have to make sure you get the area very very clean so the product will stick.

Is the wallpaper good for kitchen?
