Fantastic for Beginners, and a good refresher, and reference
This Book worked really well for me as a beginner to Graphic Design. It was super easy to digest, had a nice balance of descriptive text, illustrations, and tables. It also works really well as a reference, so I will personally be referring back to it often. The only reason I give it 4 stars as opposed to 5 is because I do recognize that this book is super basic. I am new to Graphic design, but not Art in general, So a lot of this felt like a refresher. So I would not recommend this book if you are beyond a beginner level. With that being said, if you are brand new to Graphic Design, this is a fantastic place to start!
