Awesome product
Nice chopped carbon fiber. People complain that it comes in a zip lock bag, who cares? Never messed with this stuff and it came out great.

Great chopped carbon fiber
Great carbon fiber. No fiber glass in it just chopped carbon fiber. Looks great. Only thing is it's in a ziplock. Don't open with a razor blade like I did I was being so careful but I still knicked it.

First part turned out great!
Looking forward to making more parts with this choppped carbon. For this first part I used the resin-infusion process. I wasn't expecting much - I hadn't done it before - but it turned out great! There were mistakes made not related to this product. Like the gelcoat was a standard variety and too soft for mold tooling. But nothing major. The only - drawback, it isn't really a complaint - is that the chopped carbon showed up in a ziplock bag. It seems like something a bit more professional could have been used. Something that maintains its seal in shipping so the fibers don't get crushed. Following this I actually purchased more of the larger varieties for different, upcoming parts. So yeah, if you're looking to make something with the skinned forged carbon and are looking to use real carbon, this is a good place to start.
