Exactly what I needed at ana amazing price!
I needed this CPU to upgrade an AIO for my father and this was a great CPU at an awesomely low price!! Came fast and worked perfectly.

Actually pretty good
It's actually really good if all you have is a gen 3 motherboard to work with. Only got it because the old Pentium R 2030 was clearly not keeping up with my GPU and I wasn't ready to upgrade yet. It's like a whole new computer now. If you have a gen 3 motherboard you want to use for gaming and don't mind running on medium to low graphics, this is an easy choice. The i7 would obviously be better, but this one is notably cheaper and it's an old af gen of motherboards, so maybe don't spend too much on it and try to save for a whole system upgrade instead. Basically, get this if the processor you have isn't already from the iCore-series. Even it it's the same processor speed, this one will out perform it.

yes, its far from most powerful, but let me tell you when i used this in my PC with 1080ti and it almost ran newest games on medium settings. for price it demands this is best pick for a balanced PC.

If I can do it so can you....
Wow! I just installed this i5 CPU in my 9 year old Dell Inspiron 660s!! It first scanned through Drive:C (3 minutes) and made some (Repairs?) and then popped up to my Desktop like it was just another day! I would say if you can change a lightbulb you're able to swap out to a newer CPU! My old Dell 660s just got a new lease on life streaming YouTube and Prime movies!
