Love this book. Read to multiple ages at school.

I saw this book on The Growing Child newsletter a few weeks ago. It was recommended as a tool to help children learn responsibility. The book follows our main character as he is, at first, upset by what he perceives as the world conspiring against him. As we progress through the book, we learn that there has been a sequence of events leading up to the main event that bothers our protagonist. Each perpetrator has been perpetrated against--and unknowingly committed an action that made things difficult for someone else. At the end of the story, we learn that it was, in fact, our main character who set the chain of action in motion--creating a full circle. My daughter is only five months old, but I intend to read this book to her frequently to help her develop empathy, compassion, patience, and understanding. Great recommendation from a well-known child development organization! I'd recommend it to anyone--any age.

Great read aloud and one of my son's favorite books. I've gifted it to plenty of friends because it is just plain fun!

Bought this for 6-yr old son who has a tendancy to quickly blame others when things go wrong. Book led to a discussion on how things are not always how they seem at first glance, how it's worth asking questions and getting other point of views, and how in the end who cares whose fault it is, let's all get along and move on. Lots of good 'lessons' under the guise of a humorous and fun book. Most importantly, this is a book that both our kids really like and often request.

This was my son's favorite book when he was a baby. He is now 30 and I was thrilled to be able to find it for my new Granddaughter!

Good to read when your class is having "One of those days".
