32 GB Class 4 SD Flash Memory Card SDSDB-032G-B35

I picked this up to have a spare in my camera bag, and honestly I stopped thinking about it almost immediately, which is exactly what you want from a memory card. Slot it in, shoot, transfer, done. Class 4 speed is perfectly adequate for standard photo shooting and casual HD video. It is not going to win any speed contests against UHS-I cards, so if you are doing burst shooting or 4K video, size up to something faster. For everyday stills and general storage it performs without complaint. Durability is a genuine SanDisk strong suit. The card is rated waterproof, shockproof, temperature proof, and X-ray proof, and the built-in write-protect switch is a handy touch for protecting shots you do not want overwritten accidentally. The frustration-free packaging is also a nice change of pace. No clamshell plastic fighting back. At this price point the value is hard to argue with. Keep your expectations matched to the Class 4 spec and this is a reliable, no-drama card worth tossing in every bag you own.

I needed a 16 GB SDHC Class 4 Flash Memory Card for my DX6e RC Cotroller for RC airplanes. It was preformatted to Fat32, which is what I needed for my controller. It works great! I used a UGREEN SD Card Reader USB 3.0 Card Hub Adapter, in order to confirm that this SanDisk was preformatted to Fat32. The card reader also works great!

I generally buy SanDisk SD cards a lot as I am a notorious over-shooter and I never erase my cards. They work perfectly fine for my everyday life which is generally just pictures of my children. Even shooting raw HD high quality pictures there is a ton of space on here. The card I received is a class 4, which is fine for my needs. It will shoot at normal speed and write immediately and will record full HD video. When I need to do continuous shooting I switch to a higher class card, but again this one will do what the average person wants. I have had a few issues with this card saying that it is corrupted and I have to remove the card and try again, but it doesn’t happen too often. For the price, I can deal with this. The thing that I found odd is when I received this it didn’t come with any packaging or the clear plastic case. I don’t know if this is limited to the particular seller I went through (honestly I never even looked or gave it any thought when I ordered) but I guess it is something worth considering when deciding whether or not to purchase this online. Overall, I do still like SanDisk for my everyday needs, but I think in the future I will make the trip to the store so I know exactly what I am getting. Exactly what I needed

I've used these to add storage to computers, digital cameras, GPS devices, and other similar applications. They are also useful for archiving files, and transferring files between devices. But then, anyone shopping for one already knows this. So far I have never had any speed or compatibility issues with this or any other SanDisk device. Having said this, my needs are probably not demanding. For occasional use, and low to medium volume data transfers, I'm more interested in reliability and compatibility than I am in absolute transfer speed. If you must have the very fastest read/write rates, I can't comment. Maybe these are, but I don't pretend to know. In my experience, these have been good, reliable units. The one piece of practical advice I might offer is this: I tend to buy cards with more storage capacity than I think I will strictly need. My reasons are threefold. First, storage capacity tends to be cheaper per data volume in the upper middle of the commercially available price range, high capacity but well short of the very highest capacity available. Second, if storage needs have ever tended to decrease, I have yet to observe it. Third, even if (is that "when"?) a device becomes obsolete, one can probably salvage the memory card and use it in some newer, more modern application. And that newer, more modern application may well come with a higher storage utilization than that of the obsolete one.
