Great investment, beautiful and well made.
Great investment. Came in a great packaging. Beautiful black faucet with a good filter faucet on the same unit. The design saved me a lot of trouble drilling another hole for a stand alone filter faucet. Filter faucet provides great flow. The pull out function is excellent. Withdraw and retrieve was effortless. The spray/stream buttons is a plus. Able to switch without leaks. Be sure to buy a “double stop flow control” in order to install the filter. Very happy with it. Edited after 2years & 11 months of usage.(since 7/18/2019) June 1, 2022 This faucet is still very sturdy, serves the purpose very well: 1. Unlike the other gooseneck faucets which water may drip back to the inner pipe, 2. Retractable pipe is well built, the filter faucet is still in excellent condition & it’s the reason why I bought this faucet set, don’t have to drill filter faucet whole in a rental apartment, thus I won’t be charged for damaging the sink. I still give it a 5 star, no doubts. However, after 3 movings, that means I had to remove the whole set from old apartment to new apartment, 3 times, the plastic valve control (grey & blue color, see photo) cracked a bit from all that install & uninstall, causing a pipe leak under the sink. I wouldn’t consider this a manufacturer’s fault. Just wrote to the original seller / manufacturer. Truly wish they are in good business and they do carry spare parts for customers like me. I requested 2 pieces, just to be safe. I’ll update further if & when I receive a response.

Solid value
Installed now after buying over three months ago. I wanted to comment on the overall quality of the fittings, hoses, and housing. I especially liked the dual O-ring connector ends that offer peace of mind after the job is done. Both valves actuate precisely and solidly. Throttling the spray stream down for say, handwashing is really easy. I believe this is a great value. It is far higher in quality than the item it replaced and having worked in plumbing and water industry channels, I find it a surprisingly robust and durable unit for the price, and will likely last for decades.

Barely made it a year.
**12 MONTH UPDATE** Moved and re-installed faucet at new residence. Immediately started leaking from internal components when cold water supply line was turned on. When turning on faucet a cloud of black water pulsed through. Disassembled the faucet and located a black solid material that appears to be remnants of a gasket. Seems to be no way to reach out to vendor and request a replacement gasket. As a side note, C nut installation was much easier after lubing the threads. **original** Works great 2 hours in. Cant speak to durability, but finish is nice and components seem good for the price. The reason for 4 stars and the major pain point is the C nut. The procedure that worked for me was sliding down the plastic insert that separates all of the lines going into the faucet. Once i forced the nut over that, I was able to get threaded within a few attempts. I Then slid the plastic back up. The reason the plastic insert is the problem is because the lip that lets it stay in place rides against the threads and it interferes with C nut threading. Also, if the plastic pieces is in place, the female hot water connector impedes threading.

Great kitchen faucet, stylish and practical
I’m very happy with this kitchen faucet. It has a modern look and looks great once installed. The pull-down sprayer works perfectly and the two spray modes are very useful for washing dishes and cleaning the sink. Installation was easy and the water flow is strong. So far, no leaks and it feels well made. Excellent value for the price. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nice looking faucet, mostly good quality, but frustrating install
I am split on how to rate this. The faucet itself seems fine. The installation was... not particularly fun at one or two critical points. The unit I received had the connectors for the cold, hot, and filtered lines crammed all together, far too close to the bottom of the threaded mast. The mast nut was actually scraping on the filtered line when trying to take it off out of the box. I made sure I could at least squeeze the lines together enough to get the nut to thread back on, so I figured it was good enough. I needed a bit of additional hardware to get everything connected, due mostly to the odd way the previous homeowners connected the old faucet. I needed a stainless 3/8 comp to 1/2 pipe hose, a 1/2 MIP to 1/2 MIP connector, a pack of 3/8 brass inserts, and a 3/8 comp tee. The tee is connected to the cold supply. One leg runs to my filter, the other leg runs to the non-filtered side of this faucet using the included cold hose. The water filter is connected to the 3/8 to 1/2 hose. The 1/2 hose is connected to the 1/2 to 1/2 connector, which then connects to the 1/2 end of the filtered water line on the faucet. The hot side I was able to just use the hose included in this package. All of that connected up very nicely, with almost no leaks. Except the filtered connection coming off the faucet. The way the connectors were all jammed in together meant it was very difficult to get a straight thread on the filtered connection. Pliers wouldn't fit well, I had to use an 11mm end wrench and turn it just a little bit at a time until I could get it to stop leaking. That's honestly pretty good. I've installed fixtures that were much harder to stop from leaking. The lines all just barely squeezed through the mounting hole. Again, this shouldn't have been any issue if the connectors on my particular faucet weren't so jammed up together. Then it came time to put the mast nut on. I was able to get the nut over the hoses relatively easy. I then spent the next... possibly hour, trying to get the nut to thread on the the mast. The addition of the hot, cold, and filtered hoses attached to the connectors had cramped things even more, and I could no longer get the nut to thread. I ended up squeezing the connectors as hard as I could to bend things into place just ever so barely without breaking anything. It still took some effort, the nut was still scraping on the filtered connector, BUT i was finally able to get it threaded. Finishing up after that was easy. The body of the faucet is some kind of lightweight alloy, but seems fine. It's not luxury or industrial quality, but shouldn't be an issue for normal household use. The hot and cold have great flow. The two spray modes switch easily and cleanly. The pause button works great, it starts and stops the water flow without dripping or causing the spray to act weird. The separate outlet for filtered water is very convenient for extending the life of your filter system, since you won't be running wash/rinse water through it unnecessarily. The handles have a good, smooth feel, and control the water flow evenly. I'm happy with the quality of the faucet overall. At least above the counter. The connectors and mounting hardware was... frustrating, but not so bad that I regret my purchase. I still find this to be a good quality faucet for the price.

Free Replacement After 5+Years – Impressive Support!
I purchased this faucet about 5 1/2 years ago, and recently the tap handle broke due to regular use. I wasn’t sure if I would still get support after so long, but I reached out anyway. To my surprise, the customer service team responded quickly and helped me identify the exact replacement part I needed. Even better—they provided the replacement handle at no cost, and I only had to pay for shipping. The process was smooth, and the new handle fit perfectly. It’s impressive to see a company stand behind their product even after several years. This kind of support really builds trust and adds long-term value. Highly recommend this product—not just for its quality, but for the excellent customer service as well.

Easy install, great solution for renters.
The installation was pretty quick and straightforward. As a renter, I was very happy to find this option to connect our filtered water without having to drill through the countertops. I think it looks nicer and more streamlined too, having the two faucets in one. It also included the adapter that we needed to connect it to the 1/4" filtered water line. Interested to see how it holds up, but so far so good!

Decent faucet
This is my second purchase of this faucet and I like the look and it serves its purpose. After almost 4yrs it started to leak (which was to be expected). The first faucet was a very easy installation. This time around, the pieces were a little different. I'm not sure what its called, but it is impossible to turn/screw it to tighten the faucet to the sink. I had to re-use the old piece instead. I hope the company fixes this problem for future buyers. Other than that, it a decent product.

Started leaking from inside just after one year
Had to take it off due to leak after just one year. Such a bad experience. Also plumber who came to fix the leak said the design of the tap is not fit for repair. Also the top part of the tap should not come off like in the picture.

Do not buy this for Canadian setup.
Started leaking and destroyed my kitchen cabinet when I was not home. Thankfully the water did not leak into other units. It's quality is terrible. Never use in apartment buildings. Moreover .... in Canadian setups you will need different connectors and adapters. Also the plastic water filter connectors are not very durable. They leak. I had bad experience with the angle of faucet head too because points outward too much. Finally there is no document or diagram that explains how to install the thing. Yes it is not that complicated, but still it is standard to have installation manual or some kind of instruction set.
