I purchased this with to sole purpose of mounting it to my newly acquired K40 laser. The goal was to use it with Light Burn. I drafted and 3D printed bracket that allows it to be attached to the metal K40 case via neodymium magnets. So far, it has worked out well. If you are interested in the bracket, let me know.

Worked great for first two years and then died.

The 1st unit I purchased out of the box, connected the USB cable to the camera that can only connect one way with the keyed connector. I plugged it in and I heard the Windows USB connect/disconnect sound repeatability. I picked up the camera and found it extremely hot and it smelled like it was burning. I went through the replacement process on Amazon and received the replacement. This time recorded the operation with a thermal imaging camera to show the malfunction should it occur. It did, the 2nd unit failed the same way. I see no option to avoid this as the connector can only plug in one way being keyed so.

Worked well. Need to make a case/holder for it. Overall a good product with limited information.

I bought this to add to my k40 laser engraver to use with Lightburn's camera overlay. This 60 degree camera works perfectly when attached via the lid on the k40. Worth every penny in my opinion.

works for k40 laser with lightburn and minigerbil card. Decent scores I also salvaged lenses from old action camera to try out different angles

A great USB camera board for security applications. I use these with SoC boards like orange pi.

If you want a no frills sensor that gives you something more than mere "HD", this gets it done. I mounted mine to make time lapse movies out my office window.
